Most of the high end raid mobs, if not all of them, drop MC items. However I have gotten some of the raw materials at Kappa Drudge camps and Kobold(sp?) Slayers. I have heard of them also dropping off of hexes.(idk, grinded at hexes way more times than I can count and I never saw one drop) Seems to me that you could get items off of most lv40+ camps maybe...
Really not all that sure, someone else might be able to help more. Since I have been playing I have only ever seen like 3 drop.

drop off of mobs in Envar, IoD, and Geo Citadel, that I know of.
Mostly the named ones though.
Edit: Grundle too. But I am sure Arodica knows about that one.
