SWG Allakhazam Members Hooking Up On BriaFollow

I'm on the outskirts of Tat grinding my initial XP in pistols and 2 handed (I'm torn between TK and Swords but since I've never done swords...) killing Mountain Worrts. PST.

Anyone established on Bria who knows of a good vendor to get decent weapons/armor please send me an ingame email with the location.

I'm still broke but I'm starting to grind missions for $$.

Anyway, guys this is not just a one night thing. We are making characters on Bria to play for a while and have a place to get away from our normal daily SWG grind and hang out with our friends from Allakhazam. So there is no specific meeting place. Add everyone you see on this thread to your friends list and keep an eye out for everyone. I am Hollow' on Bria. I am adding everyones name that posts on this thread. And we'll all hook up whenever and go hunting and start a Guild and a City and all kinds of fun stuff.

Carl, I told you in game, if you place that guild hall you are on your own. SplinterCellDude, who has been here on Allakhazam for over a year, and myself originated this idea and will take it to the next level. As I told you in game, while I appreciate motivation, this is not your show to run and call the shots. This is going to be a community for Allakhazam posters. Not a Dictatorship run by you. This is something we can look forward to enjoying so we can get away from our daily SWG grind and have fun with our friends from this forum. As I see it, you have made 3 posts on this forum. I mean, who are you really? I don't appreciate the fact that you are trying to take this idea and run with it as if it was your own. Good luck with your guild.

Anyway guys, without getting too overworked by Carl's overtness (Please disregard his spew up there ^^^), Splinter and I have made contact in game on Bria and have this ball rolling. I have made contact with about 4 other people on Bria, including Instigator, and we should have a guild hall established within the next week. Anyone who wants to get involved with us, just make your character on Bria and start your template. Work on the professions you would like to be and contribute with for this, in game, Allakhazam community. For anyone wanting to be a crafter we could use an Architect to make houses and other city needs, an Armorsmith and Weaponsmith if anyone would like to take on those responsibilities. I have started my template for ranged and melee professions, some medic and scouting, and I will have a guild hall up soon. Much thanx to anyone and everyone who wants to make this a fun community and enjoy time with your Allakhazam friends.

I'll post more here when I have more information including a chat channel.

Oh by the way my tax money came in today so I'll have my home PC upgraded in the next week and be able to dedicate much more time to this, in game. My wife will be joinin us too when we get her account established. Lookin forward to chillin with everyone here.

This is not my show. This is Allakhazam's show. This is supposed to be a fun thing for everyone to try and enjoy. Splinter and I came up with it so obviously we will take some initiative and do some things for everyone, like place a guild hall and help people with houses and so forth. It's not your burden to worry about. While I do pride your enthusiasm, I just think you need to take a slightly lighter approach to this. You made your toon. Kewl. Now work on a template. Work on some professions that could help everyone in this venture. From combat to crafting, everything helps. Sure money is an issue and we'll need it to establish things like the guild hall and so forth but again this is not your burden to worry about. If you want to donate the guild hall to this community... great. It will be much appreciated and will get the ball rolling in the right direction. The chat channel is a great idea. We need enthusiastic players like you to help this community. I just think you took it one step too far.

One thing you could focus on more is posting on this forum. Help out other posters who need information about stuff in game. You don't have to but it would be a good idea.

Otherwise, feel free to grind that toon you made into whatever professions you want, and we'll hook up in game and if you want to donate that guild hall that would be much appreciated. I should be back in game tomorrow morning around 10am or 11am EST.

Once we get everything established we'll let everyone know where the guild hall will be and so forth. I'm lookin forward to goin on hunts with everyone from here and sharing screenshots of it and discussing it in threads and all of that. Talk to you all later.

I understand and can appreciate that Jabacca. But rememeber Rome wasn't built in a day and make no mistake we have a long way to go to get even close to where Rome got lol. This isn't something that can be established in a day or a week or even a month. This will take prudent planning, and a lot of effort on everyones part to get it where we all sound like we want to get it. It'll be fun in the process but it will take some work. And again, I appreciate Carl's enthusiasm, but you were there, I said straight up, if you place that thing you're on your own. There were other alternatives to look into. Like Naboo. Theed is a very popular city and placing the guild hall close to Theed, Naboo is another thought. There's probably much more room around Theed than there is around C'net too. We just need to look at all of the possibilities before diving into it.

Anyway, no worries. We'll get it orginized and we'll all have a blast. See ya tomorrow.

K just as long as ur not mad @ me :-P... I also wanted 2 bounce an Idea I had for a guild name... Remember the show KAZAM that used 2 be around a long time ago... It was a pretty cool show lol... But the guild names have a 5 char limit and KaZaM and Allakhazam r sorta close in spelling... Errr yeah... lol... But newayz good night and tell me if we need 2 move the GH I will be happy 2 relocate it with u...

PS: I will be becoming a Doctor for buffs and Musician for BF healing in town... I have been told it is a good money maker also...

well said, if any of you are complete nightowls send me a tell (damn 12 hour time diff), i'm going to give my chilly toon a rest, and wait for emails concerning the buying of my awards to come in :-).

i'd be glad to do anything for the guild, if i eventually get in. i started as a brawler, dont know which line to go down tho. meh, think about that lata. i'll write down those names right now and add them as friends. as i said i'll do anything for the guild.....apart from craft. combats my thing and i already did the long range thing, rather hit things up close.

i'll try and grind some missions and call in some favors from a bria player or two i know. get us some more cash.

if anyones selling starting brawler weapons at low prices PLEASE /tell me. c'net bazar is selling them at like 1 or 2k, bla

I left instructions on how to get onto the roster for it. I'm hoping I might be able to get on every now and then while away to check up on it all, but it isn't likely.
