Novice bounty hunter gets you the scatter pistol cert. Not sure about the geo blaster.

If you check the geo blaster i think it said you needed pistol tech 2 on the pistoleer tree, check the gun to confirm as it was a while ago i had one and could not use it.
shalrok is correct...pistol tech 2 in pistoleer for the geo pistol cert and scatter pistol is cert is at novice bh...another good pistol is rebublic blaster, cert is with nov pistoleer or close to it i think
