I am going thru with Medium Warheads. Not as resource intensive as heavy, but they are 178 xp each, 3 clicks on steel, 1 on reactive gas, one on Polymer, and one on radioactives.

Have my macro set to 10 tools, delay of 5 seconds and it JUST barely catches up before it starts the next round. I figure I pull in about 2k xp per cycle. It seems to be pretty quick...I'll know tonight though, starting on the expert and master blocks.

The fastest way is Haevy Warheads, but good luck with it. The Gas needed spawns very rarely for very short periods of time. It also takes massive resources to do it. In my experience when you ask a Master WS if he has any Skevon Gas, he immediately knows what you are trying to do and may or may not want to spare his own supply. Other than Heavy Warheads, the Skevon and Hydron Gas Needed arent good for anything else, so most Masters probably would have gotten rid of theirs long ago.
Keep this in mind too: You need lots of factory made subcomponents to do Warheads. So, if you dont have a large supply of excess material (and a Factory) to make the components you cant craft the Warheads to begin with.
The best, but lonliest way to do it is start with Metal Staves (Staffs) and them go to either Projectile or just Regular Rifle Barrels. Set up a crafting Macro, equip your mouse button to duble click and expect to grind for a while.
Its not as fast as most would like, but then again its an Elite profession that shouldnt be done in a day and a half.
Good Luck
