I'm having a problem with the guide on this site.. I talked to the captain and he says to talk to the ghost.. then i get to the ghost and all it says is OOoooOOOOooO... so please can someone tell me what missing text there is in the guide cause obviously there is something wrong here..

There are a lot of ghosts on that tower thingy that spawn. You have to find the right one and talk to it. I think there are like 8 different ones that spawn there. Good luck.
