Earthwarden - this was THE Druid tanking weapon and looked awesome with the Agility enchant. Also required an insane amount of grinding instance in Zangarmarsh for exalted reputation. This is still my all-time favourite weapon.
Up until they removed it as a requirement(and from the game now, right? I've let my account lapse until I get my internet figured out, stupid Comcast), this was my absolute favorite item.
Being possibly the only mage in the world(though I think it's more likely several existed) capable of summoning Anzu without a druid was pretty damn awesome.
Now, I'm leaning towards my dragonform as being my favorite.

I guess I would have to say my Phosphorescent Stone Drake.
My Ancient Amber is good for a laugh sometimes. I'll go to a crowded area in Org, use it, and then watch people just come up to me and stare.

I can't seem to find the item on Wowhead, but mine is probably the item you get in Blade's Edge Mountain that turns you into a black dragon whelp. It's a little tricky to get, because you can only get it while you're on a certain quest. During said quest, you wear a costume and invade this cavern, and you can buy the costume from a quartermaster in there. And of course, I only have said item on my druid which can't use costume items while shapeshifted.

It has charges, hence it is consumable.
I have no clue what my favorite item is. I'm not really a collector and I've never really gotten any cool loots. I guess if I had to pick one it would be my penguin companion.

Mine would have to be the monkey in a ball. I got it on my Paladin while doing the Sons of Hodir dailies during Wrath. It was always good for a few comments whenever I broke it out in Org. Sadly, I rarely play my pally anymore. Would love to be able to send it to my Shaman.

I like my mechanical chicken, mainly because so few people are masochistic enough to try and get it.
My favorite item, though... Benediction. Not even close. My gosh, what a gorgeous staff. What's more-- it was a badge of office. If you were a priest, you either had Benediction or you were not worth talking to. And talk about recognizable! It was visible at 50 yards (and made you a correspondingly huge target in battlegrounds). I loved that staff.
