Did your guild read the patch notesFollow

I had this conversation:

Some guild member: Where are all my badges?!
Me: They got changed into points, check the notes.
Guild Member: I've never read patch notes the 4 years I've played.
Me: Then don't act surprised when things change
Guild member: Shouldn't I be surprised when things change because I don't read the notes?
Me: You're right, let me rephrase that: "Don't act indignant that things have changed."
Guild Member: Shut up. (and then proceeded to put me on ignore. I was kinda tempted to kick him, but I'm thinking of changing guilds anyways...)

I had that conversation at least 3 different times over the course of Wednesday evening.

If people don't want to read notes and blue posts that's fine, that's their choice... but they don't get to be all pissy about it when something happens that they've had weeks or months to prepare themselves for and simply chose not to.

They probably got so upset because they didn't know what indignant meant, and thought you were saying something much worse. :D
