The thing that I am looking forward to the most with Cataclysm is the amazing depth that this expansion will provide for the game and the nostalgia that I will feel when playing through the "new" Azeroth. I've been playing for about four years now, so I know old world Azeroth almost like the back of my hand. I remember all of the stuff that people joke about now, such as having to run everywhere until level 40. I can't wait to be able to remember the "old" Azeroth with the same familiar nostalgia that I look at Ganklethorn Vale and hour long Alterac Valley's. But more than this, I'm excited to see everything I did on my Hunter "affect" everything that my new Worgen Warrior is going to see. The Defias Brotherhood, defeated because of my Hunter's efforts, Ragnaros sent back and pissed because I helped return him to the Elemental Plane. All of this is going to be just amazing, and I am looking forward to all of the wonders and nostalgia that the revamp of Azeroth is going to bring me.

From the first day that I logged into World of Warcraft I was amazed by the richness of the world. I am very excited to see Azeroth remade! All the old zones, new, to see and explore! I may create 10 new toons just to see it all in it's new glory!

I can't wait to play as a Goblin and experience the changes to Azeroth first hand. The higher level content that has been shown off thus far looks great as well but I'm really excited about the fresh leveling experience from 1-60. I definitely want to play through each race's starting zone and see what has changed and just experience the overall shift in direction due to the Cataclysm.

I'm definitely going to be enjoying the changes to the existing WoW world and content the most. Expansions have thus far just added content, and while I've enjoyed content released, I'm really excited to see changes to things already in-game.

Heroic SFK will definitely be up on my list too. :)

I look forward to everything from the redo of leveling to the high end raids, talents and all =] - short simple & true. bring on undead hunters :P

10man raids will be great, not having to find another 15ppl for the same loot :D lots of guilds that are tight together =D

oh... edit: being able to CC again..less retarded massive mobs, brings out the good players once again.

I am really looking forward to the wipe of all nostalgia from past zones (just running through some zones make the tears fall) and being able to create new memories and experiences in the new and newly changed zones. I also can't wait to go through the new leveling areas for both the Worgen and Goblins, only to create more feelings of nostalgia and keep the cycle repeating.

Also, I look forward to trying out the new instances on all my toons. I can't wait for all the mages to impatiently drop a Blizzard and get 1 shotted, and while the group wipes, I will be staring in awe at the beauty of the instances.

Its hard for me to pick just one thing i have heard about that i love in Cataclysm.

First and foremost I play a hunter and since vanilla i have always wished that hunters didn't use mana, i mean as a mechanic it always worked out ok but lore wise it never made any sense to me, cause you don't exactly hear about hunters or rangers casting spells. They have always used their strength, knowledge of their surroundings, and skills to get them to any goal they wished to achieve. So knowing that in Cataclysm hunters are finally moving away from mana i just cant wait to try it out and get to know my class all over again from a new angle.

But, at the same time i also cant wait to see all of the new changes to guilds that are coming in Cataclysm because as someone that has been the guild master of a fair share of guilds in his time all the way back from vanilla when i ran a 40 man guild. To now when i run a small guild for me and my friends, i have always thought the guild controls to be a bit lacking and didn't really feel there was much about a guild that really held a person to it, or made them feel like a real part of the guild. So when i started reading the changes being made to the guild system, from the guild leveling and guild reputation, to the enhanced guild interface i was ecstatic.

Then when you add on top of that the fact that ill finally be able to go to Mt. Hyjal without fear of being banned, i can visit the dancing troll village without needing almost an hour to get to them, the building and cave south of Silithus and AQ will be just a short flight away. :) well when you add all that into the mix Cataclysm just sounds too fun for words if you ask me.

I am so fervently grateful that BM will not be the unwanted class any longer. From everything I have read, all hunters are getting a huge makeover, but Beast Masters most of all. For almost my entire WoW gaming experience, I have been spit on, kicked from raids and laughed at, all because I roll with BM. I LIKE that spec, it makes my gameplay FUN.

We BMs take SO MUCH TIME to hunt rares, explore unknown territory, and generally peek under every rock and look in every nook. Thank you Blizzard, thank you for looking at us and realizing how much time we give up to this game. It's nice to finally be rewarded back for our time. We will no longer feel shoehorned into a different spec to be wanted for raiding! We will no longer be looked down upon because we prefer an XXXX pet to a XXXX pet, just because it looks nicer! No longer will we Beast Masters be treated like the scum of the huntard world, just because we have a slight case of pokemania!

Beast Mastery brothers and sisters, stand with me now, and be PROUD to be a beast master, for with the rise of Deathwing, our day will come!

I am most looking forward to the talent and class changes in general. I think mixing up how the leveling process works will greatly improve the leveling experience, which is one of my favorite parts of WoW.

I'm looking forward to Dwarf Shamans and Gnome Priests (and also Tauren Paladins).

I'm also somewhat looking forward to the gear reset... but then I'll have to make up my mind which toon (aka tank) I want to play. The new warrior trees are looking interesting, bear is also a contender because I haven't played that at max level yet (its a work in progress, revisiting the old world before it all changes).

Personally I'm looking forward to, well everything! Where most people say "Oh this expansion will suck" I say they are wrong. Blizzard has NEVER disappointed me. I believe I'm especially looking forward to the new lore and faction based quests, like helping Vol'Jin take back the Echo isle's. I would really appreciate a beta key to experience the expansion first hand and maybe send feed back to Blizzard on how I think it is. Thank you for taking your time to read this, I really hope I get the key.

This will be awesome to see all the new areas and terrain plus Hunters are going to rock with the new talents! If I could only see more of the elemental plains - Deepholme looks amazing.

It's hard to pick which features of Cataclysm I'm most excited about. I can't wait to try out the new hunter talents (trap launcher!)--who knows, maybe I'll go back to BM for awhile. The new holy pally changes look interesting. I think it's going to be quite a shock to try healing once everything gets going. Seeing the zones changed around (and being able to fly in the Old World) will be great. I am also very excited about being able to finally explore Mount Hyjal as a zone. I think that is my BC raid--the art is just gorgeous in there.

I think that the new guild perks take the cake, though. My guild is full of achievement freaks, and I can't wait to see what we get from the new system when we all log in for the first time. Raid teleport, mass resurrection, guild mounts, the xp bonus? Awesome!

WTB Cataclysm now!!!

I'm really looking forward to the whole expansion, ive seen previews on tankspot and wowhead and it all looks amazing from what ive seen, i cant wait to explore the underwater areas and do all the neat quest chains under there and to see what all the new low level areas look like and getting stuck into them to. i love the new style of quests there coming up with now and there seems to be alot more in this expansion so i look forward to doing them all while exploring all the wonderful and pretty new areas especially the sunken city which of course go hand in hand with the new dungeons it be intresting to see if any the lower level dungoens have been changed to match the areas connected to them.
