Cataclysm Closed Beta Key Contest!Follow

The Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King sure did make the World of Warcraft universe much more worldlike, but that took quite too much time. Now that the playground really is large, more and more players seem to ignore the not most essential parts of it. To that issue, Cataclysm will bring some justice.

Flying around the brand new Azeroth will both grant a chance for the new players to see the rest of the world and remind the older player what the place used to be like. Blizzards brilliance goes with upgrading the classic instances with heroic mode, what a blast from the past for the Molten Core raider and the Deadmines hero. Man, if only there would be a chance to finally wield the legendary Ashbringer as its finest, World of Wacraft would totally win my hearth like the public beta did.

Goblins and Worgen. Well they might give the PVP grounds a bit more variance; "Damn, didn't see that goblin sneaking back there. Hordes used to be bigger!" And well, a mangy worgen warrior does seem cool.

All in all, I just can't wait!

First of all Thanks for the opportunity, Im so glad that this contest is meaningful...
Im extremely excited and curious about Goblins, they have too much place on Warcraft Lore.
I want to get the chance to see Goblin Hunter, Rocket Jump + Disengage ! A new hunter strategy in pvp, double disengage we can say if the player is experianced to keep his character mobile.
Im so unpatient about Goblin Mounts, finally a non-animal mount, it seems original!
Also the goblin city seems like better than any other city.
Im also thinking about Tauren Protection Paladins of PVP. Instant exorcism! 45 seconds Consecration! Wouldn't be overpowered? Avenger's Shield, War Stomp...
Being a Tauren Paladin was my dream like 2-3 years ago, now its becomming true with a good concept!

As a pretty consistent player within the game, my main thing i'm looking forward to is raiding, which i love. Can't wait to see Deathwing appear and die! And another amazing thing I want to see, definately the new guild things. That looks amazing!

What I'm looking forward to the most about Cataclysm is the new class additions like Holy Power for Paladins and the new spells the Holy talent tree will be getting. An AoE HoT, a Cone Heal and another burst heal? It's looking good for Holy Paladins.

I am quite excited about getting my main to 85. I am pumped about seeing those big Windfury hits pile up, with me in all new gear for 85!
They are making so many changes, I only hope they live up to our expectations.

I am looking forward to starting a Goblin Shaman. I've always wanted to play a shaman, but with the way the talent mechanics work on the live servers, it just doesn't feel like you are playing any one spec compared to other until the later levels. However with the revamp on the talent trees it seems like it will be much more enjoyable to play any spec for any class right off the bat rather than having to wait 30 levels or so to get a spec unique skill to use. That is what I am looking forward to the most.

I am most excited about the return to Azeroth. I have always liked it better that Outlands or Northrend, and I am looking forward to seeing how it has changed in Cataclysm.

Soulein marcher proudly in formation down the Elder's Path, his pride barely in check as the cheering crowds saw him and his fellow soldiers off. His sword's familiar weight sat comfortable on his belt, his shield hung securely on his back. He was a warrior of the Sin'dorei, off to war. The events of the Cataclysm had barely touched Quel'thalas, but events had been set in motion that the Blood Elves could not ignore. War in Lordaeron necessitated a response, and the column he marched in was part of that response. Silvermoon had finally recovered from the specter of a holocaust, and a brutal civil war. Her armies now march south in support of their most stalwart ally: Sylvanus Windrunner. Soulein smiled to himself. The Warriors of the Orcs and the Tauren relied on their physical size, the Warriors of the humans on their well trained militia. Warriors of the Sin'dorei, as the world would soon understand, have their righteous anger and eagerness for glory.

Obviously, I am really excited for the chance to play Blood Elf warriors. For game play purposes, the Arcane Torrent will give us some extra instant rage generation, but my reason for playing them is Lore based. It was always a travesty that the Blood Elves weren't able to be Warriors, and now they have a chance to prove their mettle. I just can't decide between Arms or Fury, though my 2nd spec will be protection.

I'm most excited about the potential of well developed phasing technology in low level zones. It was used well in Wrath of the Lich King and I can only imagine its gotten a lot better. In the past quests have always been static, the world never changed for what you did. Phasing in low level zones and in general make the game's story very immersive and allow you to feel like your really doing something. Phasing was an innovative concept of blizzard to begin with and now that they have a hang of it, the storytelling of world of warcraft can only get better.

I'm looking forward to all the new items and item sets, for both low and high level characters. I personally just started WoW and have not even hit level 50 yet. I hope with Cataclysm comes newer ways to level.

And I'm looking forward to running around Thunder Bluff as a goblin

I'm really excited about all the potential new adventures that will come with Cataclysm. I can't wait to see just how much Azeroth will change. The addition of the 2 new races along with the politics that seem to be going on with the horde is something I always wondered when it would happen. Overall I'm just excited to see what is waiting for us now that Arthas is dead.

I'm just excited to see that with all of the major changes and rework of some of the classic key zones as well as the total revamp of some specific classes. It will be interesting to see if it makes WoW that much better or ruins it for all the classic players who have been playing from the beginning such as myself and make me want to move on finally. We will see.

I cant wait to see how playing my druid will change with all the changes to healing and tanking. I also cant wait to see how beautiful the game will look as blizzard every major expansion ups the visual aspect quite a bit. thanks :)

I'm looking forward to seeing how the death knights transfers from six specs down to three specs. It will be interesting to combine boneshield with blood spec for tanking. It will also be good to finally fly around azeroth and be in a progression raiding guild from the start.

I also can't wait to see how the new gear will affect the stats.

I am actually looking forward to how they are simplifying everything for new players, including the new level one things like duel wield for the Rogues at level one, The hunter pets, the quests to tell you buy spells and use them as well How they are adding the quest helper that if you finish a quest out in the field it pops up and lets you continue on with out having to run back and forth. I am as well looking forward to the new changes to starting areas like the whole worgen and goblin area being slowly phased into the present, and you get lots of lore in the worgen and goblin area. Another big change is like the human area and the dwarven area.I am most of all Looking forward to the World event, and being able to finally enjoy one world event as to missing the vanilla WoW ones, opening of the dark portal ,the lich king invasion just to name a few and with the cataclysm i will hopefully have alittle role play that go along with it.

Right now the major thing I would love to test is the interaction of the new talent system in that not all talents cost one point anymore, but the interaction of the new battleground along with the new resilience system in pvp, no more 0% crit chance and useless mana drains :D

I'm really looking forward to leveling a Worgen Druid. I've held off playing a druid since they first announced Cataclysm just so I can play one as a Worgen.

Theres are several things i am looking forward to in cataclysm, but my main one has to be flying in azeroth, being able to fly to all the places that have just been out of reach since the game was released like the troll party, ironforge airport, the bit with the dragons in searing gorge when you take the flight path from ironforge to stormwind and of course being able to fly over the might city of stormwind and see it for the wonder that it is.
