What excites me most about Cataclysm is the graphics overhaul. Players who have a more high-end computer will notice how much better the game's graphics got when Ulduar was released. I'm still amazed when I go into Ulduar--especially Algalon's room--with my graphics settings on ultra. The graphics overhaul can only make things better. I've always been a huge fan of blizzard's art, especially on their cinematics, and from the very limited amount of Cataclysm I've seen, it looks as if it's one giant leap in the right direction! That's probably the biggest thing I'm looking forward to, but of course the brand new content is a very close 2nd. ;-)

I'm looking forward to many things, revamped Azeroth, the use of phasing. Also, talent trees, some look very interesting, pali revamp with holy power looks awesome, also what's going down with the tank classes, notably druid, pali, and DK my preference, which definitely peeks interest in the healing changes. Also the unique 5 mans and mechanics that will be implemented and used boss fights, mobs, and bringing back CC brings a smile to my face. 10 man raids definitely look appealing more so than now and with the healing change and mana intensive fights are going to bring challenge and skill into the equation more. Look forward to the new races, the underwater zones and layout/mechanics of that. Most of all I look forward to good/hard challenges. Good Luck everyone!!

This new WoW expansion is gona be big and i would be honored to preview the twilight highlands, Gilneas, the lost isles and the new azeroth before alot of people get to. Being able to preview the new expansion content would also let me get ahead in the new world to lvl a golin or a worgen up to lvl 85 quicker and faster. These new dungeons look challenging and look like there not gona be easy just, it just makes me want to play them more!

I have been playing World of Warcraft for nearly 6 years now, and I must say, that it has been a rough experience. I have had my moments, where I am extremely successful in the game, I have a ton of fun, I meet great friends that I keep for quite a while, but it's not only good things that this game has brought to my life. There are times when I just want to leave this game and never look back at it, there are times when I don't have fun or enjoy myself playing, but I always seem to pull through due to the extremely challenging and addictive nature of this well crafted game. Another fact that always pulls me in are the well done expantion packs. I'm not going to lie, TBC was awesome, and WoTLK was very good but not really as good as TBC. Now, to be extremely honest, when I saw that Cataclysm was announced, I nearly pee'd myself in amazement as to what they were going to do with the game. I saw, new zones, new races, a compleatly NEW low level experience from start to finish, new talents, new class/race combos and the list went on, and on. I thought to myself this expantion was going to be one of the most antecipated game releases ever to grace the video game market, and I think I am right. This expantion will give every player, even those without all the expantion, A BRAND NEW EXPERIENCE. I think that is the BEST feature of this expantion, being an avid World of Warcarft player since 2005. We're not only getting an expantion, oh no, we're getting a BRAND NEW GAME, with extremely well thought out changes to the zones we once loved, but I think we all agree are getting stale and kind of boring. I can gaurantee for myself, I am going to enjoy the hell out of this expantion, more so than any others, just because I feel I am getting a whole new game, a whole new experience, a whole new world, that will FOR SURE, keep me hanging on to this game even though I have had my boring and stale moments with it, I am sure those will go away for a mighty long time once this game comes out. Sorry for the big wall of text, but I really couldn't express really how genuinly excited I am for this game.

I'd say what I'm most looking forward to is just a shiny new old world experience. I've played this game since a few months after release, and I want to see what kind of love Azeroth is getting mixed in with the horror and apocalypse.

Im Really excited to be able to level a character from lvl 1, and not have to be the same race or do the same quests as my other characters in the new Azeroth quests. Aswell, i think that it will be cool that races will be able to be new classes, such as the gnome priests or the tauren paladins. im also really excited to see what the new Azeroth will look like, especially with flying mounts. But to be honest the thing im really looking forward to, is the new rated battlegrounds and the ability to switch out pve "marks" for pvp "marks/points" and vice versa.

The thing I am more excited about Cataclysm is the amount of QQ that will come from the pink department of paladins due to the new Holy Power mechanics.

Being a paladin, the new Holy Power system for Ret and Prot is looking very interesting, and I look forward to how it changes the fundamental playstyle of the class.

The thing I am looking foward to most with Cataclysm is the lore. I have always been a big fan of the lore in WoW and to see some of that lore coming to life like seeing Neptulon, entering Grim Batol, and other such things really has me excited.

Hi,

I have been a wow user since dec '04. The thing I am most excited about is definately leveling the new races. Unlike the majority of people I spend most of my time online leveling different characters and doing the grind. I find it allows me to go at my own pace and really enjoy the experience. The quest line for the dk's was alot of fun for me. Anyways thats my 2 cents. thanks for listening ;)

I've been playing a druid since I started WoW 4+ years ago. I've been balance (& restoration dual spec) throughout WotLK, and I am very excited to see the new changes to those aspects of the class. Before it was all about balancing the eclipse talent, but now that Moonkins are getting 3 new abilities to use in the class, I cannot wait to see how that all plays out!!!

I'm really looking forward to the shaman changes, it will be very interesting to see how using spirit now will play out. It will feel really odd using spirit gear after avoiding it for so long. Also I can't wait for all the new shaman spells, mainly earthquake and unleash weapon.

I want to be a good beta tester and find all the model issues or bugs like the seizure pony(the Death Knight Mount in the wrath beta). I also want to have fun and help make the game better.

I am excited to finally see how the lore pans out for the Aspects. All being granted "keeper" gifts over the world by the titans, we now get to see this unfold with the return of Deathwing. It will be good to see how the Twilight Cults come into play as well as the Lifebinder's brood, who if you remember were stolen by Deathwing and became the first twilight drakes in Burning Crusade.

The zones as well as the quests that I have be reading about seem to tell the story very well. I am eager to step into this lore ridden adventure and see how this world pans out for which I have been a part for the past years. The return of Deathwing, in my opinion, could not have been a more suitable topic for this expansion. Oh course, I am a lore junkie...

I'm excited about the rogue class changes: not only of our new abilities such as smoke screen (or whatever that does that prevents ranged attacks from hitting friendly designated party members in arena) and also the new talent changes that should make both sub and assassination more viable.

More importantly, the new changes to vanish being that once a rogue vanishes he cannot be knocked out of stealth for 3 sec. So, you have no way to stop me sapping after blind. Have fun QQing

I look forward to playing as a goblin and a worgen, I'm also looking forward to seeing the new Azeroth. Exploring it would be awesome and the sight seeing too. I also look forward to helping blizzard make the game better for everyone by submitting feed back. I also want to see how the new talents affect the classes. 5 major things I'm looking forward to is the sight seeing in Azeroth and the new races. I'm also looking forward to the guild leveling system and the new starter quests and the zones. Also looking forward see how the terrain changes as you quest.

I look forward to play through all the changed zones so i can see how the war goes for the Alliance. Everyone seems to belive that the Alliance just lose but i dont belive that they lose more than the Horde.

There is a few things that I am really looking forward to. One would have to be the changes to the classic content areas. I have leveled many different toons through those maps and it is nice that they are going to be changing it up some. Then I Would have to say the changes to the talent trees and how healing is going to work. I think it is going to add more depth to the game as a whole and in some respect make the game more interesting. Those are some of the things that I am really looking forward to seeing in the expansion.

I'm really excited about the new changes to the old world and how they'll truly open up the world from a technical perspective. What I mean is how they are planning to move around mountains and zones, and what they will do with filler space (That can be seen from several exploration techniques (IF, hello)). It will also be really interesting to see the landscape changes but I must say, my biggest question has to be what Skywall will be like. That place looks downright epic.

What I am most excited about Cataclysm is the opportunity to start fresh again. I reached level 80 very late in the WotLK expansion, and now that it's almost over, I have a chance to grow on par with everyone else in the areas of raiding and PvP.

The drastic changes to EVERYTHING in our game world is also most exciting. From flying where we've never flown before, to experiencing all of the new class changes, it seems like everyone is going to need to adapt. With the introduction of the new races, it has also given me more incentive to experience both factions, especially alliance, which I have never tried before. Goblins look interesting, but I also wish to try the Worgen as well, so I don't want to miss out. I think these new races will prompt players to get over their preferences to one faction.

I'm a huge alt-o-holic, and I'm looking forward to doing every single new quest that Blizzard is adding... Heck, I might even train another toon up to Loremaster!

I'll definitely be leveling another Rogue, too. My main is a Rogue, but looking back at all the mistakes I made 3 years ago, I want to go back and do it again, doing it RIGHT!

And all the new zones... All the new dungeons... Cataclysm info is giving me an eGasm!
