The Biggest thing im excited for is the rebirth of the original honor and title system that was so dear to many vanilla players. This system was not only fun, but it also seperated the avid pvpers then the casual players through gear and the titles. It would also be nice if they brought back many of the factors that contributed to the fun and excitment of world PVP.

The thing I'm looking most forward to is the class mechanics. As an owner of 6 level 80s as of this writing, I want to see how different each class plays on the leveling and endgame stages. From what I've heard so far from previews, leveling is being completely revamped (you get a free ability by choosing your spec at level 10, for example), and the endgame is going to be practically like Ulduar, which was an instance that was acclaimed by many to be one of the best in Wrath of the Lich King, due to its slight digression back to archaic design, in addition to being vast.

The biggest thing though, as I main a hunter, is the mana to focus change. Too long have I seen the "Not enough mana" message on the screen. I feel like I'm playing my Arcane Mage as a Marksmanship Hunter for god's sake. I also noticed they've added "Venoms" to replace all but Serpent Sting. This system makes it harder to cleanse the hunter's poisons and I would really like to see how it works out, especially now that Marksmanship will have a self-healing tool.

I am looking forward to going to Goldshire on my 2 seat flying mount, and having lowbies ask for a ride. Once I get them up a few hundred feet, eject them and watch them fall to the ground.

The thing I want to see most, is how they have changed quest rewards and dungeon loot for early leveling. I can't wait to bring up a worgen warrior and check out the new and retooled loot available.

I want Cataclysm beta key so I can observe my class, and inform my friends and guild members on how the rogue class will work, and perhaps meet others' on there that can share their insight on their class with me, so I can then relay that onto my friends & guildies, too.

I'm looking forward to the new class combinations and the Goblins because I've wanted to play as one ever since I started playing. Plus leveling in the "new" Azeroth will also be very exciting!

The new talents and mastery excite me more than that guy on Excitebike; my excitement level exceeds nine-thousand. Specialization is the best thing since sliced mana bread. I mean, Shadowstep, Lavalash, and Penance at level 10? That's amazing. The moment I read that was like the first time I saw Spirited Away; it was point of true enlightenment. The new talent interface will make me instantly feel like a Subtlety Rouge, Enhancement Shaman, or Discipline Priest. It'll also be interesting to see how the builds will be now that there will only be 41 points to spend. I can't wait to see how well this will blend with all the other new content. My new Worgen character will be the greatest thing that ever happened.

The most major thing i look foward to playing in cataclysm is the new worgen race. The wolves have always and my favorite animal and being a new raging worgen warrior tank is my biggest hope for catacylsm. Not only has blizzard made the worgen appear in the most scariest and cool moded they have also porvided great lore and story for the worgen starting area. From what i have seen from beta videos on CynicalBrit.com the gilnean worgen have a great story of fighting disaster after disaster to the point where they retake they're city from the forsaken. I can't wait to play as the worgen because i think they are one of the most coolest races coming to this game.

I'm most excited about leveling with the new talent system. It seems really interesting and a lot of fun to be able to use the 50 point talents at level 10 rather than having to wait forever for them. Also the new race/class variations sound like they're going to be a lot of fun.

As I am something of a lore junkie (I've Loremaster on two toons so I could see as much of the background story as possible for both the Alliance and Horde), the idea of such an earth-shattering event as the Cataclysm taking place thrills me. The chance to explore Gilneas and the story of the worgen, to take back the Echo Isles with Vol'jin, to wander the newly enriched lands of Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms and marvel at both the destruction of what I once knew and the birth of new life in places which once were so desolate...to me, these things are by far the most titillating about the upcoming expansion. I was excited by the chance to finally face down what remained of Arthas Menethil in Wrath, and I am equally looking forward to getting to explore the brave new world that Cataclysm has to offer.

Sorry if this is a bit long-winded, but I'm far too interested in what's to come to write up something like 'i like story n caatclism lulz' and expect it to pass the muster. :P Well, that and the would-be writer within me would never stand for the horrid grammar and spelling, so it'd be out of the question anyway. ;)

I most anticipate the rogue game play, for the talent changes bring back memories of vanilla WoW. Questing in the new zones, or just pvping, the dynamics of the rogue class are what interest me best. I also look forward to the new races and maybe checking out their starting zones.

I'm most excited about the Azeroth changes and the impact on the Lore.

I love the Warcraft lore and how is implemented into WoW, all the figures, events, quests, all the little things banging here and there with relevant impact on those that know the lore behind the game (like me).
Seeing all the previews over Lore development in Cataclysm i'm just thrilled!

Can't wait to look over Malfurion, to see how the Alliance is developing (horde also), i'm excited about my old favorite city - Ofc, Ironforge - and the rulers of the dwarfs!

So yea, can't wait to see the Azeroth changing and the continuous Lore changes happening!

What I'm looking forward to the most is all the new lore that we'll be part of creating. Wrath of the Lich King wrapped up almost all of the lore we've come to know and love from Warcraft through The Frozen Throne, and while I am sadly nostalgic about that book closing, we will have a fresh, blank page for new lore in Cataclysm.

Will Garrosh's leadership be a disaster for the Horde?

Will the Worgen transition into the Alliance be smooth, or fraught with difficulty?

Now that Arthas the Lich King is dead, what place do the Knights of the Ebon Blade hold in the world?

We don't know the answer yet, but I cannot wait to experience the answers, and see places I've only read about in the books and other lore sources!

I'm most excited about the new talents and the ability to use iconic skills at level 10. This has me excited to level up a Troll Druid and Goblin Shaman, two races I've never played and two classes I've never played

There are tons of different things to look forward to in Cataclysm. Races, Re-worked classes, old zones becoming new again, dungeons. But all in all the thing I look the most forward too is the meeting up of old friends! Friends that have stopped playing only to return with the new expansion. After all people you like to play with, make a great game even better!

Hi! I am most excited about playing as a Worgen and exploring the new old world with it. :)
The old world finally changes and gets new Quests and improved Rewards for all Classes. I have already several level 80 chars and it gets boring to level a new one if you know already all quests and zones. :/

PS: Flying in Azeroth and the new Guild UI+Perks are awesome!! :D

The thing I'm looking forward to most in Cataclysm is the lore. One of the largest lore characters in Warcraft is now the primary focus of the expansion: Deathwing, my personal favorite villain from the Warcraft universe (Some would say that's heresy, considering my username...). Hyjal, specifically, is a fountain of lore, involving such major lore characters as Malfurion, Ysera, Cenarius, and Ragnaros. I also look forward to the new information we'll discover about the Old Gods.

I am very excited to see the changed world (I love the Old World), goblins as playable characters - gotta love those little money grubbers, the better 10 man raids, the massive Lore update.
And finally and most important to me - I will be able to play my druid as a Troll. Once you go troll you'll never reroll! :D

I am most excited about the changes to the mage talent trees (thank god!) and the new secondary profession Archaeology, which will give me something to do at 85 besides raiding :)

What am I excited for in Cataclysm? Overall, I'm most excited about how everything is going back to how it was in Classic-WoW (which, probably is what everyone is waiting for).

But specifically; I can't wait for warriors to finally go back to the way they were, like in Classic and Early/Mid BC. Dual-wielding one-handed weapons in my opinion is what the Fury talent-tree is all about. Haste haste haste! When Titan's Grip was introduced, I remember all of my friends talking about how cool it was. My first thought was, "Are you serious? Why!?" Because I knew that one-handed weapons would become obsolete for warriors. And then when Heroic Leap disappeared from beta, I was even more disappointed.

And on that note, I'm really looking forward as well to the new warrior skills. Heroic Leap was one of the coolest things in WOTLK beta. Now that it's a targeted ability, it's going to be even better. Gushing Wound (lulz) is awesome, because it's usable in Berserker Stance - hopefully Rend will be like that.

How they're fixing warriors' rage generation also makes me excited; because I'm going to have to think about my skill-usage again instead of "HURR DURRR FACE SMASH GUYZ I CAN USE WHIRLWIND 12312312ONEOENOENE"

Ahhh, anyways. Cataclysm will be great...

I'm really excited about shaman class changes, and new guild mechanics. What else? Well, a brand new "old" world, for explore; a changed craft system, and achaeology; new races, new levels, new PvE content... Ah! And at last i want see new Hyjal!
There is really will be a ton of changes, and that changes will be BIG, so i want to see them all. :)

I am looking forward to the whole new system of PvP where you no longer have to have high arena team to have competitive gear, the new guild system that allows pvp guilds to actually progress using battlegrounds and finally being able to have the feeling of re living every moment that I used to play few years ago when I was a kid with my middle school friends. Damn, I cant wait!

I remember guilds competing on servers, and i remember when they made cross server battlegrounds, every good guild we used to beat we'd take screenshots and post them online.. the good old days!
