New Talents and Spells for all classes.
Cannot wait to see how Resto/Feral Druids, Mages, and Shamans turn out.
Will be very fun to level a new character because you will have the "spec defining" move to play with right at level 10. This will make BGs fun and interesting.
New mechanics in general for Mages and Resto Druids.
Epics being Epic...yes >:]
New and Exciting bosses/end game **** going on.
Goblins and Worgens.
Reworking all the racials.
Guild Leveling.
so muchhhhhhh..!

I'm looking forward to a revamped world and hopefully a shot at old-style game play where blues were good and epics were epic. Just looking at a chance of playing something that is hopefully close to the old glory days.

Oh. It's so tough just to pick one thing you're looking forward to. There's so many new features and changes! I'm definately anticipating the questing experience. As a newb in vanilla, I disliked questing through Azeroth. The quests seemed bland and were basically, "kill this, get experience" instead of actually impacting you as you progressed. I love Blizzard's reasoning behind this expansion, and I think they hit the jackpot. I'm a lore-geek at heart and an avid RPer, so this is definately going to make me giddy and excited. They're overhauling almost every single zone, as well as quests, and making you feel like you're actually apart of some epic storyline. Who wouldn't be excited over that? I can't wait!

This expansion is going to be simply amazing.

I look forward to nothing, except everything!

On a serious note, I really like the guild changes so far and the vanilla setting which is the best in WoW.

Also as a horde player I welcome all the Retbulls and Holycows!

I am really looking forward to being able to level all my characters up once again. I'm also looking forward to being able to level up new characters in completely redesigned zones.

I'm looking forward to the most beautiful zone in Kalimdor getting massacred and ravaged by Goblins. That's right - Azshara. My memory of the zone will remain a memory, and the chaos of it all will instill a new rage toward the Horde.

I'm definitely most looking forward to the new immersive experience that Blizzard seems to be going for. Looking at the new zones and instances - there's just no denying that it seems amazing. The characters seem like they're interacting with you. All of the "Kill 10 of this" and "Get me 40 of these" quests from vanilla and BC were really pet peeves for me. WotLK somewhat fixed this, but I do believe that this is the solution.

I am most excited about the hunter class changes in Cataclysm. I have been playing a hunter for my whole WoW career and out of all of our class changes, this is certainly going to be the biggest. I'm looking forward to seeing how Blizzard has worked with Focus and how they have changed our rotations while still allowing us to have room for utilities such as Misdirect or Disengage due to the high focus cost of most shots. I'm also anticipating the new and unique hunter pets. I like how they are trying to make every pet carry a utility, so hunters will be able to pick a pet they want to use instead of being forced to use a certain type. I want a fox! And finally, talent trees and specs are becoming less-confusing and complicated for lower level and new players. I know everyone's been there at level 10.

Other than that, I'm very excited to re-visit Azeroth after two expansions and level to 85 as fast as I possibly can. I'm really into the whole Cataclysm theme; I am dying to see the new dungeons and raids and to check out the new raiding changes. I'm very happy 10-man raids are becoming more challenging and rewarding.

For me personally, I'm looking forward to playing as a Worgen and also for all the changes being made to Paladins. My main character is a Retribution Paladin and I'm looking forward to the updated rotation and the use of Holy Power and how it will function while dpsing. :)

What I'm most looking forward to in Cataclysm is going to be having to completely relearn my class, specifically Hunter. With mana being completely removed, it's going to be a radically different style of play. From what I've seen of it so far from videos and pictures, a shot rotation/shot priority seems completely out the window. While this at first worried my slightly, I think in the end it will be a good thing, especially if it adds a bit of unpredictability to the class.

In terms of PvP it will also completely change things. With aimed shot being given a complete overhaul it will completely change how Hunter's fight against other classes. With kiting being so integral to a Hunter, now that aimed shot has a cast time (and a fairly long one at that) it will make life a lot more interesting :P. As much as the cast time worried me, after hearing about '*the*' new Hunter ability of the expansion, Camouflage, if I can get a crafty aimed shot off under the protection of stealth, well, that sounds like A LOT of fun :D

So in short, I'm just really really looking forward to relearning my class and experiencing all of the changes that will come with the expansion.

(and if I got into the beta I could experience them earlier which would be so so cool :P)

As a priest I am most looking forward to the increased responsibilities being put on our shoulders. If new talents to learn, and only a short amount of time to learn and master them. With Chakra and Evangelism holy and disciple priests have new and exciting ways to save groups and raids; pulling them from clutches of defeat to the wondrous light of glory and victory. Life Grip and Power Word: Barrier will allow us to better micromanage the group and prevent silly mistakes to turn into raid wiping events.

Priests will become a more desirable class to have in groups and raids; Shamans have Bloodlust and Chain Heal, Druids have HoTs and Paladins with Beacon. We will now bring something more to the table than just three raid buffs. The game, especially on my server, has started to stray away from priests as a necessity. And with Cataclysms revamping and remapping of classes, priests will be able to fill more niche rolls than before.

And lastly priests will become more fun to play, not they aren't already; but a lot of the time I find myself standing around waiting for someone to penance, or the rare chance to bubble someone that is in trouble. Sometimes watching Serendipity stack or the occasional Surge of Light; but other than that I have only found my usefulness to be that of a buff bar. But with all the new priest features coming out I cannot wait to be the savior I wanted to be from my first Lesser Heal cast to my first Power Word: Barrier of Life Grip cast.

I actually really enjoy questing, so I'm looking forward to seeing how they've changed a lot of the quests for the lowbie zones. It'll give me a reason to create an even larger army of alts.

In the upcoming expansion i am looking forward too the new support for Dx11, water reflections etc. Its going to be a huge remake to the graphics and everything is going to look so much more sleek. I'm also very intrigued about how Blizzard has revamped the talent trees to create a much more balanced look to PvP. I also have a rogue so im looking forward to be playing RMP with the all new interesting abilities such as smoke bomb and recuperate. Being a PvPer im very interested in Rated Battlegrounds since it brings a whole new level to team play, its no longer 1 or 2 other people your counting on, its a whole 10 man raid.

The thing I'm most looking forward to is relearning the game. I remember starting off playing WoW in Pre-BC and being such a little nublet, that whenever I learned something new I got so excited. As my time and experience grew I began to feel that sheer joy of new discoveries less and less. I began to read the lore books and that breathed new life into the game for a bit, but I'm excited to see how the Azeroth I've "lived" in undergoes this metamorphosis. My class/spec/gear might not be the best in Cataclysm, but if I can reacquire that joy that has waned over the years, that's all I care about.

What I am most excited for in cataclysm is the new race/class combinations! One of the first things I plan on creating is a tauren paladin. I am also looking forward to leveling my warrior up to 85 in the updated zones!

I am very happy to see you offer this cataclysm bet key to users of this site. First things first, i know i am not a old user on this site, but i try my luck and see if i win a beta key, i hope i will be selected as a winner, i play wow for 4 years, i have 1 paladin tank "Alexino" on Anachronos realm, 1 priest "Puiu" and 1 druid "Sanducu", all are in the horde side, is the only faction i have played.
I want to experience everything new on Cataclysm, to fly on Azeroth, to make the new quests, to try the new Heroics, and the new raids. And to type more here.. i can say i have played all blizzard games, Diablo, Diablo II .. i just wait for Diablo III like i wait for Cataclysm, and thats why i try to win a beta key to continue exploration in-game.

Highest respect for all staff of this site

With the greatest respect Alex,

With each new expansion that is released , to me it's a chance to start over. In the past expansion you may have missed out on certain aspects of the game due to real life interference or perhaps you were just to slow to be apart of that "first max level" group and once you catch up, the raiding groups have already been made and your now labeled as an outsider. So to me one of the parts of Cataclysm I'm excited about is the new level cap.

Another reason I'm excited about Cata is all the changes the world of Azeroth is undergoing, everything. Nothing within Azeroth will be the same , and for an avid role player like myself, that's huge. New zones to role play in with your friends, and new races to also role play with. Worgen/ Goblin, just like it was when Death Knights were introduced, different role play mind sets will be shown with the addition of these two new races. With new races, comes new chances to tell another story with your friends.

Change is the reason I'm excited about the expansion pack, been here since vanilla, and every time change in World of Warcraft knocks on my door. It's always for the better.

I am really excited for the new paladins changes... right now paladins are too easy and really boring to play and level. I cannot wait to see what all they do for paladins. I also love to level alts so the new revamped leveling is going to be awesome.

Iam extremely looking forward to exploring all the new areas and the old on my flying mount. Iam gonna LOVE doing all the new quests and learning all the new cataclysm lore. one of my favorite things to do in wrath right now is to quest and level up new toons so leveling a goblin and worgen will be on the top of my list of things to do. =) ty for taking the time to read my submission on what iam going to do in cataclysm beta.

I've always preferred leveling and exploration in Warcraft rather than raiding and arena. The completely changed world and the interesting quest lines will make it so much nicer to level new alts again.

I really enjoy AoE tanking and soloing content, so i'll be making a troll druid (Da Voodoo!) as my main and a hunter for PvP mischief.

I am most interested in trying out the new instances from 80-85. Leveling through instances and progressing in end tier raid environments has always been my overall goal in playing. From live servers to testing new content on test realms, instances have always been my main focus and I look to be able to test all the new ones available through the beta test!

The change I'm most exited about is the redoing of the whole 1-60 content. I got bored of doing all the old stuff over and am looking forward to rolling alts during cataclysm.

I'm really looking forward to all the class changes, especially priest since that is my main, and flying around azeroth.

Also hoping for some good dungeon design, unlike wrath. And of course, all the changes to the zones and leveling experience. Should be a good expansion.

I'm excited about being able to fly around Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms to see what all they have changed. And to help retake Gnomergon.
