The thing I'm most excited about is the guild leveling idea. I think this is going to be a really cool addition to the game and will help keep people in their guilds instead of guild-hopping just because they "feel like it".

I'm excited to see how making the blood tree for death knights a dedicated tanking specialization will work out. Also I'm looking forward to the new holy power system for paladins.

The thing i am looking foward to most in Cataclysm is on the day it comes out being able to finally pull out my nice red dragon mount in Goldshire and actually Flying OVER the roof of Goldshire end.. no more frustrating wall jumping for me! flying around the starting areas with a nice mount making the newcomers ooh and aww will be great! Oh and actually being able to (hopefully as long as they don't stupidly make it a no fly zone) fly over stormwind will be awesome too! It will make it much more fun to explore places that has changed and give the old world a new perspective! Now if we could only fling fireballs from our mounts to unsuspecting people below....that would really be great... perhaps one day....

Archeology is actually the thing I'm looking forward to the most.
I'm a big fan of cosmetic stuff like pets, nice looking armor sets that are outdated
and you name it. Seeing as archeology should be cosmetic for a big part, that's
just the perfect thing for me!

It goes paired with the old zones revamp though. I stopped leveling alts simply
because the same quests get boring when you need to do them over and over again.
Cata will allow me to go back to altoholicking! :D

I am looking forward to the new class/race options, as well as all the new content. As a player my goal is to see everything Blizzard has put out there, so new territory to explore and new dungeons to beat are always welcome.

Why wouldn't I want to be a part of the beta? It's not just a chance to see the new world first. It's a chance to help create this new world and experience so the playerbase can enjoy it to full potential. I remember vanilla WoW. And I still loved it. BC and Wrath were much better but there were still issues. The chance to help be a part of it, as I missed the others, is something I've always wanted. Yes, the chance to see things early is nice, but to be able to make sure things are going smoothly is a biggest part. There's nothing more annoying than a skill that doesn't work properly. A questline that is broken. Gear the doesn't do what it says. These are the things I love to help with. So why do I want a beta key? Because I'll get a chance to make sure those that come after me will see why WoW is still the number 1 MMO. It's fun and entertaining and you don't have to contact a GM every five minutes to fix an issue.

I'm looking forward to Cataclysm for more than just one reason...I'm not the oldest player around, but i've been playing around in the WoW universe for about 3 years now. I'm looking forward to the following things.

1.) The two new races. Obviously the last two races introduced were the Dranei and the Blood Elves. I was around when those first came out, and was glad to welcome some new races, as it meant there would be less orcs and tauren running around the realm lol. Blood Elves offered a more human like appeal to the horde, while still keeping it a little towards the evil side. The Draeni offered more of a large scaled appeal, similar to those of the hordes Orc's and Tauren. With Cataclysm, the Goblins and Worgen offer yet another nice change to look and theme for both sides. Now the Horde can roll midgits, and the Alliance can now roll a beastly Worgen. To be honest, I play Horde, and am looking forward to having a midget shaman running around the planes of Azeroth :D.

2.)Re-vamped dungeons and map. I, aswell as many others, have gotten bored with the same old leveling chain that WoW has. I've leveled my share of toons, and grinding through the same quests has grown quite boring. I'm looking forward to experiencing the new zones aswell as the re-vamped quests and quest routes...Finally, people will care about going to Azshara for more than a couple herbs, etc =P. Not too sure if Silithus will be re-inhabited or not though lol. I'm also looking forward to seeing everything that's redone...From things such as towns like Brill, to cities like the Under City and Orgrimmar. The re-vamped dungeons that are making an appearance are going to be a nice welcome aswell. I know I'm looking forward to seeing what changes are in store for Shadow Fang Keep :D.

3.)Level increase and Talents... I've already kept a close eye on the ever-changing talent tree's over at WoW Head. For the most part, their all looking pretty fantastic. My main character is a Holy Paladin, and hearing that i have a few new tools to my ******* pleases me.. I'm uncertain to why the increase is only 5 levels, however, i'm sure blizzard knows what their doing and probably thought that 10 levels is going to drastically change the game to where it's unplayable for some of the lower levels.

4.)Flying Mounts in the regular zones. This is one of the things I'm really looking forward too! As an artist myself, i'm going to enjoy cruising around above the zones of Azeroth, and looking at all the new graphical updates and changes from the safety of my flying mount.

5.)Tornado in Duskwood... Yes, this has me excited. I want to see it first hand, and see if it does anything special :O.

6.)New dungeons and raid content. I'm looking forward to seeing the new dungeons and playing through them once more. I loved the new dungeons Wrath of the Lich King brought with it...they were alot more fun, and offered more of a challenge for players, as opposed to alot of the older dungeons from the previous expansions.

These are some of the main things i'm looking forward to in the new expansion. Thank you, and good day :D.

The thing I am most excited about is that Blizzard seems to have taken alot of time and effort into this next expansion. Infact so much time that I think it will make alot of people start playing WoW again. The ideas they have brought up are all great and fantastic, if they can make all these ideas work it will be the best expansion EVER.

For me personally I am excited about the WHOLE expansion, the new terrains, skins, features, ui improvements aso. It all sounds SO FREAKING AMAZING. And I think that they will not disapoint us, that they will make us go: "WOW this is fantastic made Blizzard!"

So don't let us down Blizzard, it's gonna be an amazing expansion

I'm looking forward to everything new. Worgen, Goblin, new area's, new talents and spells, flying in the old world, the new level cap, leveling again, new professions, the new layout of the interface and the new guild perks. Everything!!!! I've looked over the new talent trees like 5 times and respeced my hunter using them, needless to say she is going to be even better then she is now. I already know the classes that my Worgen and Goblin are going to be, a hunter and a shaman respectivly. I also have names on reserve for them, I'm ready and waiting for them. I can't wait to try out the new race's racial abilitys and all the perks they get. Also all the new mounts and pets(both cosmetic and non). I'm already starting to save up my gold for when Cataclysm comes out. This new expansion is going to be amazing. I'm taking off of work for atleast 4 days and playing non-stop. Needless to say I can't wait, all I need to know now is the release date and whenever that is, you better belive that me and my fiance(who also plays) will be at the store at midnight waiting to get our hands on a copy. Then going home and playing it for atleast 24hours straight, maybe more.

The biggest thing I'm looking forward to is all the new leveling content. Having played through all the lands and seen hundreds of quests, it'll be fun to see the new stuff they impliment. Also, playing a Worgen has got me really excited too.

This might sound silly, but I can't WAIT to fly my dragon through the old lands. I've always wished I could fly there and I'm really excited about it, LOL!

I'm also excited to roll a goblin. I love those lil goofballs. :D :D

I am excited about the changes to the leveling system. I like how when you level, it will tell you what abilities you can train at that level. It will definitely make things a lot easier when I start leveling my worgen druid. Shapeshifting shapeshifters ftw!

I'm looking forward to the general environment. I'm excited about all the new classes, talents, guild leveling, and races but from what I've seen I really admire the amount of detail and the general look environment in cataclysm. For example, the Lost Isles. Using phasing technology it gives you a very diverse and ever changing environment. If I was let into closed beta I would look for more zones like this and I would share it with everyone. The introduction of cataclysm gives me the ability to thoroughly explore all the environments of Azeroth. I cannot wait for this expansion, and a closed cataclysm beta key would be absolutely amazing. Even now in Azeroth have you just stopped questing, killing, etc. to just admire the amount of work put into this game. The small details in this game are amazing and they make this game stand alone from the others.

I'm most excited about the new graphics, and the zoning after having done let's say a quest, it just brings so much more "reality" into the game, and should make the game even more enjoyable to play.

I personally cannot wait to see just how the world has changed! I also am excited to finally play as a goblin! Perhaps the biggest thing I want to do is fly in the original continents! I am really excited about the changes I have read to Paladins, my main class, and cannot wait to try it out and see what they have to offer. This is truly exciting!

I am most excited about the new warrior changes, having played a fury warr for 5 years i kinda dual wielding 1h weapons. I will also be interested to see how the new death knight talent trees work, I'm currently a blood dps and blood tank which means I will have to get used to a different spec for dps and can only hope that blood is better suited for crowd control.

The part of Cata I'm most looking forward to is the switch over to 10/25 man raids sharing a lockout and gear. Due to my rotating work schedule I can't really join a raiding guild, so I end up pugging anything I want to try. As we all know, 10 man pugs are a lot easier to put together and run than 25 mans.

I'm most looking forward to the new Blackrock instance. BRD was perhaps the greatest instance in the game, second to none, and so I'm extremely eager to see how the new one stacks up against the classic Blackrock Depths!

I am really looking forward to playing as a Goblin and a Worgen, once I have finished their starting areas and a few more zones:(Westfall, The Barrens etc.), I will then go fly around in Azeroth admiring the scenery. I will then check the new talents. I guess I am most excited about all the new changes to the old Azeroth. It sounds pretty fun :)

Rated BG's. I don't particularly like Deathmatches in any games I play, so I'm looking forward to top level objective based PvP.

I am really looking forward to the whole expansion, leveling the main characters again in a world that is familiar and yet completely new. I am really looking forward to seeing Hyjal in it's (Cataclysm) state and visiting places like Grim Batol, both places i've read about in the books.
As a lore person i'm just looking forward to seeing those places live and to "withness" the events that are playing in it now and maybe getting a glimpse about it's past.
But also the Titan place Uldum is going to be very interesting to see, to see what the old architects created.
In one word, this expansion is going to be "Catalysmic" in both game wise as in lore wise.
