Following Cataclysm, I am truly excited to re-roll my Warlock to a Worgen. I love the details on both the new races, well done, not too sloppy. The starting zones, I hear are improved by far. I am also very excited to see the four new cities, especially Kezan.

From day one i heard about Cataclysm, I said to myself, "Another Exciting Expansion". When they showed us the trailers at BlizzCon, I was shocked. Knowing I was finally able to play a Goblin or a Worgen, I knew Blizzard finally made the expansion of a life time. And even the new 5-Man Dungeons and the new raid coming, especially the new Caverns of Time instance. I also noticed the graphics of Azeroth and I was in complete awe. It was about time Blizzard fixed the graphics on everything. And don't forget the new Battleground! I am most excited to try this one.

The changes to a Warlock shocked me. I love the new spells and the Changes to the tree's. Sometimes I do feel as Blizzard screwed up my class. Then again, you cant judge a book by it's cover, if you know what I'm saying.

Basically, I am excited to re-roll my Warlock as a Worgen, see the new zones and cities, explore the new dungeons and raids, explore the new graphics, try the new battleground, and try my new style of Leveling. I hope when the official Expansion is released, all goes well.

Yours Truly

first and foremost i am stoked about no moar shard farming! I have been wanting that since my first raid in MC on my warlock (especially on Gar... gg blueberry) secondly Banes! i love the new flexibility that not only locks are getting but overall in general. Going back to the 31 point system is really cool cuz it puts the feel of old world back into to the game where as things like a frost mage's ice barrier was the most broke thing ever or stormstrike for shammys before duel wield. I also am goin to dig all the new game content.. Its nice to have a refreshing experience low level to the stuff i have been seeing for the last 6 yrs of me playing the game. Lastly my other itch of the game is being filled.. new professions.. i am so the profession junkie... lolz

As a altoholic I'm mostly looking forward to how leveling will change in cata, and especially the level 10 talent changes. I'm leveling a priest at the moment, and i specced in shadow, but i really don't feel like a shadow priest yet. In cata you'll feel like a shadow priest, fire mage, combat rogue etc. right away. And ofcourse I'm also excited about how they're revamping the old world. And about everything else really.(Except the death knight changes, can't get myself to like those)

Also: water. effects. awesome.

I am very excited of the opportunity to gain a cataclysm key.
The thing i'm looking for the most is the new horde's race: Goblin.
I really enjoy seeing those little metal-lovers creatures, I have already planned to open a nice warlock goblin mostly because i think i will enjoy having the imp at the same height as me,i haven't thought of a name yet though :P.
P.S Gnomes suck, Goblins are awesome.

I'm really excited about most of the aspects of cataclysm to be honest. I've played WoW for 5 years now, since Vanilla.. so really looking forward to the changes to the landscape of Azeroth.. and also the ability to fly in the old world. T

Theres a particular cave on the flight from Org/XR to Thunder Bluff thats high up in the mountains as you cross into Mulgore. Its been bugging me like hell for 5 years cos i wanna know whats in that damn cave!! Now assuming its not under 20 feet of lava or something.. i might get to find out if that pole dancing murloc i believe to reside there.. really lives there or not!

Also curious as to how the whole new talent tree system will work. With only 31 points in each tree, and a point every two levels, this may change the whole leveling process.

Heres hoping I get the chance to test this out.. not got into any of the testing phases of any of the expansions yet :(

I really want to see the difference in the raid sizes. With the talk of raids only having 5-6 bosses each, I'm hopeful that each tier of content will be able to have 2-3 raids each. I'm also (like most) looking forward to how the old world, especially the Eastern Kingdoms, changes with Deathwing's re-emergence.

I remember almost 6 years ago, when we were raiding Onyxia, it was the best game-feeling ever to be a part of the 40men defeating her, what happend ?

I'm looking forward to be able to Re-roll a Goblin Shaman, and quest through whole Azeroth and just reading and finding out the lore of WoW, exploring the new BEAUTIFUL Content Blizzard have been working so hard on, it would just be an honor to be able to stand in The Overgrowth, Southern Barrens (Yes, Naralex completed his work) and just /lie down and just be there reading what The Barrens chat says.

Thanks for giving us a chance to get a Cataclysm Beta-key!

I wish everyone the best of luck!

I'd love to get a chance to test out the warlocks again (before they remove some all) of the neat abilities they put in beta, much akin to the last beta...
I also have a possible bug/glitch i'd like to test to see if it works/fixable in cata for rogues.

The raids and dungeons are all fine and dandy, but i'm really here for pvp balance testing.

Also, i pity you if you have to read all these contest entries. T_T.

I have been playing with the same guild since I started raided, which was about 4 months after european release, and we are currently rounding of LK HC25.
But due to the amount of time required to spend in raids with both the 10 and 25 man raids the content itself gets dull, so what I'm most excited about is that blizzard is splitting 10 and 25 into a real guild choice rather then the a mandatory gear up run.
Besides that I look forward to the new guild perks and the redesign of that interface as well as ofcourse the hunter Focus changes.

But as a hunter from vanilla I remember a time where forums were filled with questions why they changed the hunter resource to mana instead of focus. So if im in all honest and selfish that is probably the change which will be the biggest impact on my playstyle since I started playing. So give me finally my focus!

-Im looking forward to playing as a worgen, i always wanted to be one and im a huge fan of wolves and werewolves (e.g. Underworld or The Wolfman).
-I first started playing WoW after TBC came out so i never really got to do the high end quest areas or get the full experience of the dungens in Azeroth, the closest i got to raiding in azeroth was Karazhan, so im looking forward to questing in azeroth again and doing azeroth raids.
-The new talent calculater looks good, alot more simple and heroic deadmines looks like fun.
-oh! and being able to fly in azeroth :)

All the years I´ve been playing WoW, I never was that interested into PvE
Sure, I particiapted when the first raids began, like Onyxia and MC, or even the "first raids" in Scholomance :D

But to me it was all just a tool for the thing really wanted to do: PvP
When the BGs were introduced me and my guild stopped roaming around the open world.

But we were disappointed with the heavy queues and the chaos sometimes.

Arena PvP style didnt really fit to me, i prefer the larger scaled PvP.

Now with Cataclysm, there is coming those rated BGs, and it finally makes sense to create and keep and develop a good pure PvP guild.
Been playing only a Warlock in all those years of WoW, and I cant wait to finally to play the Warlock with its changes that were about time!!

So, year..what im most looking forward to is: - Large scale PvP changes aka rated BGs - changes to the Warlock - general PvP changes

Greetings

I'm looking forward to discovering whether Blizzard will finally make the holy paladin talent/class a rewarding talent spec to play and I'm also looking forward to seeing how major changes in mechanics will affect current raiding styles and add a new, renewed enjoyment for people's raiding experience.

I have been playing WoW since November of 2004 non stop, the things that have me the most excited about in the new World of Warcraft: Cataclysm
1. Going back to where it all started seeing how much the land has changed from the good ole days.
2. Being a guild master for the entire time of playing wow the new guild changes have me very interested.
3. As a member of the horde, I cant wait to level a goblin and experience leveling one up from scratch instead of transferring a current 80 to a goblin.
4. The new talent trees are another big reason I would love to test the beta as well

All 4 of those are the main reason i want to beta test Cataclysm!

I can't wait to try out all the classes that I haven't played! A lot of them have received a certain flavor with the new talent system that makes them really enticing! I even deleted one of my lackluster 80 characters (a shaman) so I can try out the new leveling when it comes! :D

I am incredibly excited about all the new changes to the old world. By reinventing the landscape of the old Azeroth, the game's zones which see little to no traffic become relevant again, and that's the best part of this whole thing.

I am REALLY looking forward to the ability to use flying mounts in Azeroth! Flying and exploring both the old and new areas! I seen some videos on YouTube when they fly around with their mounts in Azeroth and it looks really AWESOME! And im also looking forward to the new dungeons and raids, the WoTLK instances are boring after you have played them like 30 times each...

I would have to say the most exciting thing for me is getting to play WoW with my wife again. Just after the release of WotLK my wife and I had our first child which we are very proud of. My wife's attention was shifted and didnt have the time for WoW anymore. As of late, she has had more free time and Cata has sounded very interesting. The following is what we are looking forward to:

- The Complete Paladin Overhaul
- Talent Tree Revamps
- The remastering of the old world design/quests and rolling through it as the awesome new Worgens/Goblins
- Being able to fly in "ALL" of Azeroth lol
- Another big perk for my wife and I is the love PvP is recieving as we have always been PvP by nature since we started playing five and half years ago (wow that is a long time o.O)
- I also think the new PvP/PvE point system seems interesting
- Also, the smaller raid dungeons may prove to be a plus for us
- I also like what they have done with simplifying stats

I guess I could go on forever because as you can see from the above I am stoked.

I'm looking forward to this expansion because not only are we getting 5 more levels to grind, but we get to fly in Azeroth instead of just riding our ground mounts. Not only that but this is gonna be a massive change towards the two original continents which has be very excited to see what it all looks like. But the two major things that has me fully and utterly can not wait until the expansion comes out has to be Archaeology prof and the Guild leveling. OMG! For one I love the lore of World of Warcraft so being able to go around and find the artifacts from around Azeroth and learning new things about it has me itching to play. The Guild leveling system all the things that you get to do. Not only are guilds good for going on raids and dungeons this gives Guilds and guildies even more to look forward too. It incorporates team work and FUN all rolled up into one huge ball of AWESOMENESS!!

Plus there's also the killing things. I love killing things too!!! LMAO!

Can't wait till it comes out. Gonna be awesome!

I'm most excited about the new races and class combinations, to kill them all in BGs. And I'd like to change my rogue race from nightelf to worgen if that's possible as soon as Cataclysm releases.
