Cataclysm Closed Beta Key Contest!Follow

First, I'd like to say I'm glad I heard about this contest. My luck with Betas in general has been less than satisfactory =P

But, the one thing I've been looking forward to the most in Cataclysm is the shortened raids. No more than 6 bosses a raid sounds like heaven to me. With what Wrath of the Lich King did to raiding, I'm currently unable to touch ICC. Too many people looking for Achievements and not skill =(

But I'm glad to see that Blizzard has kept Hard Modes, as well as optional more challenging bosses for those who still need more challenges. (Hopefully, I can one day reach this level of raiding.)

Wish me luck!

Excited? Well, I am as excited as keen to make the game, or in this case, expansion better.

Now there is just so much to test, though I'd most likely hop on my already levelled mage first and check out the new instances and zones, which now presumably are the main priority to develop and test out. The new races are cool, and I may check both races' starting zones, though unfortunately I don't intend to level or spoil myself further, since I plan to do it when it expansion comes out.

In addition, I have played the game since its original open beta back in '04. I have also quite a keen eye for discrepancies of the flow, and I can easily spot if anything is broken, exploitable or abusable.

Thank you for your time and this opportunity.

Im extreemly excited to try out all new specs, spells etc.. Feel how I can enhance my character to the ultimate. Then experience the new leveling content with these new exciting ways to annihilate my enemies. And in the midst of everything obviously try out Goblins and Worgens.. Tbh Im just extreemely excited about everything in Cataclysm cant wait till I get to throw myself into the game and just experience: lore, spells, talents & all the new fantastic content that Blizzard have made for us to enjoy,

Worgen - a whole new race and area to explore, all new quest chains. Plus, you're a werewolf with a sword! That just makes my geeky little heart happy.

I am super excited about the new lore coming out in Cataclysm! Makes me a little nervous to face Deathwing, though. I also can't wait to see all the revamped vanilla areas and do all the leveling stuffs again (minus heirloom gear...for my old school WoW memories). Also, I'm looking forward to the new talent trees especially the druid and priest trees. I could go on forever and ever but this post would eventually run out of room so I'll leave it at what I've got so far.

Once again the push to level is going to be a rush for the realm firsts in raid content. For the most part there is a ton of new content, whether revamped for all together new, it is a recipe for excitement and fun. I'm looking forward to the most in cataclysm is spending those long nights of continuous wiping for the sake of progression. Its going to really be a challenge to start raiding again for level 85 content in some blues and greens and very few epics. Its going to separate the skilled vs the gear dependent. I just saw for the first time someone with the conqueror of Naxx title. To think there is only 24 other players with that title on the realm means your sorta a BAMF! A Deathwing Realm would be an awesome achievement, and a game first would be even better! So in a sick in twisted way, its sleepless nights, farming mats, heroic dungeons, and repair bills in an essence that I'm really looking forward to.

i had a some guildies ingame which said the graphic got better (they had a family member as beta tester) and im really looking forward to seeing the change. how faar have they reached? how faar can we reach in technology? in 50 years i wonder how games will look like if this speed continues through the years. im really excited to the see the graphics.... also the movie i saw of the water it was a buityful scene.

Also i want to try out all the new features, Goblin, Worgen eventual. If i get a expansion i would start right off with making a goblin their city is TOTAL EPICNESS i mean WTF it looks like a city ! not some old town with a inn. but a major city. with signs and such. its crazy i cant wait to drive around in their mounts! i also wanna try that rocket racial :P fire yourself to your target imagine a @#%^ing dk with it!!!!!!!!!! @#%^ it Q.Q MORE NEWBS DK GOBLIN WILL BE GODS! Deathgrip them to you or grip yourself to them thats the question!.

Worgen is a really cool add i didnt think would come. i'd love to try changing forms and use their sprint and such. and their racials seem pretty uber for a rogue:D and im REALLY excited to see a stealthed worgen with daggers using ambush lol, seems fun.

also looking forward to flying mounts in kalimador and eastern, its so frekin anoying i gotta use 100% all the time. well yeah i got Swift zulian tiger and some rare mounts but i wanna move quicker. My Power knows no bounds!

but the thing's i'd test straight out would be a goblin for sure.

also want my bolbasaur:D got a druid, lol allmost should name him that haha. Bolbasaur use solar beam! rofl:D

But i cant wait for my mage to get that flame sphere spell. its total epicness. (85)
I heard they made it so u have less talent points so im excited to see how theyre planning to see if it ruins many players who doesnt have skill? or what i got no clue. but i cant wait!!!!! release catalysm newb q.q

What I am most excited about in the new World of Warcraft: Cataclysm expansion is:

* Playing as a Goblin.
* All the new changes to old Azeroth. I can’t wait to see what it looks like!
* The new talent changes. My class is going to be sweet.

The thing I am looking forward to the most is to explore the reshaped world of Azeroth, see the changes of the old areas and visit the new areas that we couldn't go to before.

I'm looking forward to seeing all the class changes, I love what they have done so far for warriors. I am also looking forward to the challenge that healing will be in cataclysm instead of having an bottomless mana pool.

I'm definitely looking forward to the talent changes when you hit level 10. Getting primary skills quickly is going to be awesome. It's always been boring using your primary spell/ attack and possible one other until 60, so this is going to be awesome. Also, having new, core skills at level 1 is also going to be fun, like Slam, Crusader Strike, etc. Cataclysm looks like its going to be lots of fun.

I am really excited to reroll as a troll druid. I think the lore behind the race fits with the upcoming expansion allowing them to be druids. Loa powers and shapeshifting seem to go hand in hand for me. Plus I want to explore the new content and watch the lore unfold form the quests. I'm a big fan of the lore and really excited to see how they tie in everything.

I am really interested in seeing the worgen starting zones. Knowing that Blizzard is bringing back the 31 point talent trees, i want to try them out. Possibly finding out more of the lore of the game. Explore new areas that have been opened and areas that have been changed. Learn and see the new ways of leveling a new toon. and so much more.

I'm looking forward to a few things in Cata, namely the resource switch of hunters from mana to focus, cant wait to experience and adapt to the changes in playstyle this mechanic will undoubtedly bring. The alterations in the enhancement shaman talent tree look exciting, as i play one in endgame/pvp. Third, Worgen are the first class that might tempt me to roll an Ally (probably 'cause they look like they belong on Horde ha), actually looking forward to the RP aspect of starting one from scratch and reading quest text again for the first time in years. Other changes are the streamlining of gear through stat consolidation(should make things easier) and observing the terrain changes of Azeroth from a FLYING MOUNT, ganking will never be the same(not that i do that or anything). Last but not least the Mastery system is probably what I anticipate to be the most interesting addition to the game, giving new customization and a feeling of unique identity to each spec. Thanks, hope to be of assistance is offering quality feedback. - Andrew

Well where to begin with ?

I mean, this must be the biggest expansion ever seen.

Brand new old continents, 7 new areas (yeah Vash'jir is in fact 3 zones), 2 new uber races...

But well, certainly what i'm the most excited is the fact that the 10 players raids are going to give some love to the HxC players since it's going to be as difficult as 25 and share the exact same content. Not everyone want to bear and handle a horde of players. My close friends and myself are definitely waiting for this !

I'd have to say it's the art. All of Azeroth, now explorable by air as well? With all the power levelling guides, this will be a time to level a couple characters slowly, to take in the new quests and the artwork we so often take for granted as we're zooming off to get the next piece of gear or level.... both expansions gave us new looks and feels to the universe of WoW, and with this HUGE makeover of the original continents, I can't wait to see what the creative process has resulted in...

I am excited about flying around in the old world, not looking forward to saving up to by the flying probably, lol. I have to say that I am most excited about not having to carry around 30some soul shards. I am not sure how I will like the 3 soul stone things a fight but I am eager to free up a ton of bag space! I also think the guild advancement and guild perks are going to be pretty cool as well.

The thing I'm most excited to experience in Cataclysm is the rated battle grounds. I've been playing this game since vanilla and I have to say participating in organized battle grounds was the most fun I have ever had playing this game. The community of people back in the day grinding rank was so much better than the arena community now. It wasn't about which player is better, is about what team was better. It required a lot more organization than arena does now. The problem with organized battle grounds now is no one is serious about it ever. No one really cares about winning now because honor points are so easy to get. Not to mention botting and random people who have no idea how to play the battle ground. Some people don't understand how frustrating it is when no one guards a base or everyone just fights in the middle of warsong gulch and just ignore going for flags or the opposing flag carriers. I can't wait to experience the old style of battle grounds again. It would be nice to play them in the expansion as well as helping tune them into a live product. Not to mention my main is a hunter which were awesome back in vanilla for PvP. This same hunter I have played since the world of warcraft release. Now that they are changing hunter drastically with focus resources I can't wait to play them and see how the play style will change.

I am most excited about the shard changes of the warlocks. It will nice to not have to carry 32 shards around and have the extra bag space. I am least excited about the current spec changes for the warlock. So far they look like they took the best talents out and let the bad ones. Hopefully this will change.

Great contest opportunity.

I'm excited for the guild perks and all the changes in Azeroth, playing since vanilla I've always enjoyed being in Azeroth. I'm hoping this expansion will bring back the thrills that I had in vanilla. As well as playing a worgen rogue :D dream combo right there
