Ok, short and simple, I just logged in for the first time in about 2 months (as i am currently in iraq) to find that my wow account has been hacked, and bound to an authenticator. What can i do to get my account back, or if that is not possible, to get it off of my credit card?

Taken from WoW's account security pages you need to give their Billing & Account Services a call - 1-800-592-5499. That will take care of the server-side problem but you also need to think about how your account was hacked - there's probably a keylogger or some other nasty on your computer, so you need to get that sorted.

Speaking of security measures, I would definitely recommend buying an Authenticator to avoid having a problem like this in the future; also, if you have access to a computer that you know is 100% secure, I would also suggest changing all your passwords. If not, worry about cleaning your computer first, and then change your passwords.
Other than that, Leodis pretty much mentioned everything I would have mentioned. :P

There has been found to be and new (old) virus that has been found to get the info and steal accounts.
Nothings ever been fool-proof but it helps.

authenticator app for iphone/ipod is free to download.. instead of paying 10 bucks 6.50 for the item
not to sure but I think the app is on droid phones aswell.

Yes there is. I just unbound my keychain authenticator to use my phone instead. You can find it in the Google App Market.
