I figured out that I want to be pure dps, no healing or tanking. I know there are a lot of dpsers out there and itll be hard in the long run to find groups and such. Anyway, I am leaning more towards a rogue as a pure dps class, since ive been playing a warlock, and playing as a mage I got my backside handed to me.
I had a few questions about rogues that once they are answered will hopefully have me leaning towards the class. I hear rogues are great solo, but can only take on one mob at a time and no elites solo, is this true? Throughout the game, more so getting higher in level I plan on soloing, will this be a problem later in the game? Finally, as I start getting talent points, which should be my first talents? If I think of any more questions I will post them, thanks for your time.

But to answer your questions, no, it's not true that you won't be able to take on more than one mob, and you are able to take on an elite depending on level, cds, etc.
Combat is still the way to go as you level (once you get high enough, if you decide to switch to Mutilate, you can do that instead). As you get higher in levels, you'll pick up talents such as Adrenaline Rush and Blade Flurry in the combat tree. These two combined with Evasion are awesome in taking on multiple mobs. If you go to the Mutilate side, it's a bit trickier in taking on multiple mobs, but you'll still be able to do it. If there's a group of three mobs, sap one, blind the other and burn the third.
As I said, if you have any other questions, it'd be best to post them on the rogue forums as most of us that hang out there are better suited to help.
