That was pretty awesome.
I like to throw paper zeppelins and voodoo skulls in raids all the time.
Back in BC we used to have leather ball fights in raids. Our gm used to get pretty pissed at us.

I prefer Paper Flying Machines because they're free...but I can only summon one every 30 seconds and can only carry 5. Plus, I think they travel faster, so doing something like this would be pretty hard.
Only the exceptions can be exceptional.
I have the sudden urge to go buy as many paper zeppelin kits as I can carry.

Yeah it's "99 Red Balloons", in this case by Goldfinger, originally a German song by Nena.
Only if I recall correctly, the original song didn't say anything about red balloons.
Just air balloons in german, but that would sound silly in english.
It's a really cool video though, I wonder how it would've been for any random leveling newbie who got to see that endless stream of zeppelins on his way.

Yeah the original song says "99 Luftballons" cause apparently for a German you have to specify that there is air in those balloons... a case for the department of redundancy department as someone smarter than me called it before. (And yes I am German myself so I can insult my own kind! Ha!)

I completely copied this (shameless, I know), and found out a few interesting things. The zeppelins' animations are apparently tied to your character at the moment they are created, and anyone who gets close enough to load your character after the zeppelins have been thrown will be unable to see them. Also, if you are watching as they are thrown, then go far enough away that you can no longer see the character they are following, then go back and watch again, you will no longer see the zeppelins.
So, nobody will see it unless they were there for the whole thing. Screenshots are funny, though.

And I thought me and my pall had struck an all time low when going through the Dalaran well with luftballons chasing us. I've always wondered 'till how many those zepplins stacked, but I guess I just found out. Hmmm, this could be fun.
