Okay. I'd say it's equally amazing that not one person in this thread agreed with your new loot system, yet you post saying that we're all wrong, maintain the notion that your system is fair and balanced, that there's nothing wrong with your leadership if they're willing to basically gut an entire guild so they get much higher odds of scoring loot than the peasant raiders.
The main discussion around any loot system revolves around what is the most fair, and the general consensus amongst anyone who has operated under more than one loot system in their experience with WoW is that none of them are ever totally QQ-proof, because it's a highly subjective thing. The best loot systems are the ones that reward
raid performance. Players want to know that if they show up to a raid and help the group to succeed, they'll have a reasonable opportunity to be rewarded. Things like DKP are popular because they reward people based on objective criteria. That's not to say that everyone will be happy with the system because there will always be that one guy who will find an excuse to complain because he really really really wanted that upgrade but he didn't get it.
Maybe, instead of just rebuking the Alla community folks who posted here, you could explain exactly what it is your GM does the should give him such an enormous advantage over everyone else when it comes to distributing loot. I'm guessing that the vast majority of it either a) doesn't apply directly to in-raid performance/contribution or b) does apply, but is something that anyone could do if they showed initiative and took responsibility for their performance, regardless of their rank.
