Restoring a character

Do you have to be in game to get a response if you send a GM a ticket to try to get a character restored if you gave him all of the information?

Yes, Gm will ask you questions (like are you sure? is it really what you want?) and tell you about how your armor and the gold will not be restore.

No, I've accidentally deleted 2 of my characters in the past and have not been online to speak to the GM at the time. They restored everything I had at the time I was deleted, they did on both occasions send me an in-game mail telling me to be more careful in the future however :)

I guess they can now (thank god), hopefully i learn my lesson and won't need it anymore
