I just hit level 24 and was curious if there was any cloth, or leather headgear for my level. I looked on here and other sites and couldnt find anything. Thanks.

Try "Azure Silk Hood" for now. If one of your toons is still working on JC and you're able to get JC up to 120, you can equip "Moonsoul Crown" at 26.

You can get the Fishing Hat from the weekly fishing tournament in STV. Think it has about 15 stamina on it.
