Looks like stuff is happening again - Lady Silvanus visited Org and then the city was overrun with undead dragons and giant horrors!

Yep the herald of the lich king is shouting stuff at the beginning and end of each battle you get attacked by flying ice dragons and giant horrors. No word yet if they drop any thing but i doubt they do. Also if you go the valley of honor where the pit is you can see hellscream fight thrall and i'm not postive why there fighting but it's pretty cool scene thrall does flips but he pretty much loses in the end, aleast thats what happened the only time i watched it.

I'm kind of a big deal. My apartment has many leatherbound books and smells of rich mahogany.
I logged off to make my last post but now it seems when i try to log on i get an automatic message telling me i was disconnected from the server, i got feeling a maint. is gonna happen pretty soon.
I just logged on my alt that was in the barrens and i was not disconnected, org must have to many people in it at once or some thing?

I got claim once and they drop nothing but the story line is pretty cool if you follow around thrall.
Thrall and Grom duke it out in the arena in org too... I wont give any spoilers:P The undead abominations/dragons are pretty much just killed by horde npcs. Theres some scripted things though too. Kinda neat.
I had $20 on Thrall :(

Seriously laggy in Org.. The event is epic. I truly envy you Beta people. Because Blizzard has pulled out all the stops for this expansion. What other MMO's? I see no others at this point.

Awesome event, laggy as all hello. At least on my realm, we had reports pouring in about the poor horde getting surprised attacked. Once we realized the King had moved to the Harbor everyone started amassing around him.

I did some of this today and I had fun. I didn't see any dragons, but I didn't get there until after it had started. What was funny was that both the Lich King and Alliance attacked Org at the same time and both attacks failed.

Any idea where Thrall hangs during the event? I checked his (throne room?) and he wasn't there, nor was he in the ring of valor.
He should be standing outside the ring of Valour with Garosh, Sylvanis, Saurafang and Putris.
The event in SW is laaaaame. No dialog with the King or anything. I mean you can't expect something as cool as Hellscream and Thrall going toe to toe.. but some speach, or something. The dragons just attack, and the King and Bolvar just standing around the Harbor.. with some druid and blood elf.. lame.
The king and Bolvar do attack whatever horror that gets near. The basically two shot the thing.. but thats it...

There are insufficient exclamation marks for me to fully understand the impact of this event.
The current's too strong. They've got to let go, drift apart. That's how it is with us. It's a shame, Kath, because we've loved each other all our lives. But in the end, we can't stay together forever.
Well, the king is Lo'Gosh, after all. It does sound anticlimactic so far, but I'm at least happy to see Broll and Valeera being introduced to the game.
