I'm trying to stay enthused about the clusterf*** of damage present in PvP (well, PvE too, but that's another story) right now. At least with my rogue I can avoid being gibbed better than most people, althoguh as a non Mutilate rogue I don't have the isnane brust of mutilate rogue, retadins or felol druids. On my mage (arcane), things are just an exchanging of earth shaking hits, with ice block being used to ride out clos, bubble and other things that stop me critting people's faces off with 4k arcane barrages. Pity the gear is two seasons out of date, both PvE and PvP.

Did a Heroic SP in 6 minutes.

Oh, and I've taken to pitting my 68 retadin against the strongest mobs I can find. managed to solo two Shattrath guards, the Altruis line in Nagrand and Ring of Blood until the guy with MS. Doubt I could take the Shaman either.

My warrior and warlock are salivating about it all.

My warrior can solo with a shield and do it well and can AoE tank like a paladin. Perfect Bliz, change nothing! You got it just right!

My warlock is also a happy warlock. Ran Gruuls and found that now that buffs are raid wide, you only need one lock with an imp out so I let the destro locks handle that. When there was no mage, she used felhunter for his int buff that made my fellow casters happy. When we brought in a mage, I wondered if I could bring out felguard and send him in to fight Gruul's. He lived through the whole fight and didn't need any attention from the healers. Yes! I love this very much!

I hate it. Rogue got hit hard. Nerfed Shadowstep, nerfed Vile Poisons, no real damage increase in the sub tree, the 51-point sub talent sucks hard. Basically, sub isn't useful for anything anymore. Combat or Assassination is better in PVP. And that's really sad.

Every class can spam 1-2k regular hits except rogue. only way Rogue is breaking 1k is a crit hemo or an evis. Which, using evis, disables you from kidney shot.

Oh Blizzard, please help Sub.

What Theo said basically. So far I've managed to kill every class by just throwing a 'cheap shot/garotte, muti, cold blood evis, muti' cycle. Except retardins, warriors and restodruids (who get stuck at ~10% hp).

The only thing you're semi-right on is the 51-point sub talent. At the moment it only sucks because the chance of you getting 2-shot after activating it is too large, but it would've been pretty good if applied to pre-patch PvP.

"Jenkins" title is stupid as anything. I'm no RP'er, but it's totally out of place. If they make titles like that, why can't some kid name themselves "Istabjoowifnifes"

I loaded up Recount and walked over to a training dummy on my mage, level 60. She isn't in great gear, just a couple Outland quest greens and a few old spell damage pieces. Conjured up a half stack of water, a mana gem and went to town. Surprised myself with the outcome - ended up doing a best run of 530 sustained DPS for about 3 minutes - with only Arcane Int and Mage Armor. To be brutally honest, my level 60 mage is capable of matching or doing more DPS than some of the "DPS" in a couple of my old guilds with FAR superior gear. Managed a personal best of 900 DPS with a Heroism, Flametongue and a Wrath of Air totem, with Icy Veins up (was providing Winter's Chill for a lock trying to beat 3k DPS and scored the said buffs along the way). Any mages raiding as deep frost for a comparison? I'd like to know if deep frost can now compete with deep fire or arcane for DPS.

I love it!

Server hiccups aside, I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this patch.

The nerfing of Raids is cool for casual raiders like myself and our guild; it doesn't require 50,000 runs of Karazhan just to get to the next raid, it allows us to progress at a more smooth, steady pace.

The buffing of the classes makes Leveling faster. Leveling wasn't a challenge before, it was more of an annoyance, sometimes it just felt a bit too slow. Now that they sped it up, I don't have to worry about spending 500 hours just to get to Northrend on my other characters, and I can get there faster and enjoy that content with my other alts I plan on leveling.

The classes themselves are more fun to play, especially prot warriors. I used to hate soloing as a prot warrior, now it feels about right.

I just... can't say anything bad about the patch, I really can't. I just hope that they will update the addons soon, lol. I miss Titan and Auctioneer, which may have even been updated by now, haven't had time to check in the last couple days...
