A buddy of mine has played a warrior to 45 and a druid to 35 and he just realized the other day that he could look around using the mouse and not just the arrow keys.

What was your "Huh, never knew I could do that" moment(s)?

After being level 60 for awhile (pre-bc), I finally learned one day that you can eat and drink... at the SAME TIME.

Hmm lets see... there were a few on my warrior. I was 60 Pre-BC for at least a month before I knew berserker rage actually broke fear and I didn't need to anticipate it beforehand.

I was well into BC before I knew that Sweeping Strikes + Whirlwind would hit your current target twice.

Was a little while before BC when I learned that Berserker rage broke Sap and Repentance too.

I used a sword and board on my warrior until about level 20 because it was what I was started with.

Mostly just little things but lots of little things make a huge difference.

I was playing with my buddy, who was a 57 Paladin trying to hit 58 so he could get to Outlands. I was a 61 Mage, so I suggested we AOE some undead in the EPL. We pulled and killed 6, and I asked how his XP was. He gave me some ridiculously low number, and I asked what color his XP bar was. He said "hunh?". I then asked where he logged out at night. He said "where ever I am...sometimes I'll go find a field or something". He apparently made 57 levels without anyone mentioning rested XP. :)

Mine also doubles as my stupidest WoW moment...My hunter was lvl 40 before I realized I could teach my pet growl for free. Up until then I thought I couldn't teach growl because there were no training points associated with it. DOH!!!

...don't remember at what level, but I had been throwing away all those "this item starts a quest" things that cluttered up my bag to make space for better drops. Never realized if you right clicked on them, the actually would start a quest. I had always thought it was something that if I held on to a hundred NPCs with questions marks would magically appear on my journeys one day... d-oh.Smiley: banghead

I'm on my 2nd 70 and I just found out there was a bank in Shat last week. After stumbling into it while looking for a mailbox.

A little while ago, I found out that if you click on a summoning circle (either an actual summon, a soulwell, or a mage buffet table) while eating/drinking, it does *not* break your eating and drinking. Comes in helpful when you just sit down to eat some yummy Blackend Basilisk and the portal opens up right next to you. (If you have to actually move to get to it, of course, it will break the eat/drink).

I also found something out last night on my hunter... but for the life of me I can't remember what it was now. Guess I'll need to discover it again ><.

Never knew about hitting "V" to get the mob's health bar to show over his name to make for easier targetting and choice of my next target in mass combat.

i had mine just a few weeks ago.

I didn't know how to turn the camera for better pics. Most of mine are of my back, or when you hit C.

And i was quite happy when i learned ALT-Z (i think that is it) for better screen images, or to remove all of the stuff from the screen.

Mine: I was using level 9 weapon in my 20's. And figure out how judging worked took a few minutes.

Some kid: Level 70 Holy Pally said something to the effect of "I'm a spirit *****". I asked why, and he replied that it's a great stat for Paladins. I then told him what to look for and why then immediately /gquit'd.

I have all 3 books to learn Gift of the Wild for my druid banked. I just realized the other night when the tank asked "Hey, where is my gift of the wild?" Duh, it's trainable, I have it and now I have these books in my bank for no apparent reason.

About a week or two after Burning Crusade came out, I was in Nagrand killing Warmaul Ogres and suddenly noticed that Pyroblast didn't have a one-minute cooldown anymore and I could use it for every pull.

Instead of "Turn Undead," paladins get "Hammertime", which forces the targeted player to dance uncontrollably for 20 seconds.

I jumped right into the game without reading any instructions or doing research on web.

Was level 15 or so when I first found the bank, was level 40 or so when I discovered the AH.
