I prefer the mazzle_UI. It has just about everything mentioned here plus, and it sets it all up and configures it all for you. Currently, support by the creator has been dropped and is just a core package, that other uses release add-on packs for. It work wonderfully, and if you follow the instructions correctly, is easy to set-up. You can find it at wowinterface.com

I do recommend adding in Auctioneer, and I like having WoW Instant Messenger too. I also remove Hourglass and replace it with DoTimer.

I too would like to thank everyone that has replied. You've helped make our duo go rather smooth thus far. Hunter and Druid combo is pretty fun. haha.
