I have E6300 (1.86GHz) C2Duo, an 8600GTS (256 MB, not even 512) running 3GB of PC2-5300 on a Vista machine and am running maxed out (8xMS/24 bit color/depth @ 1680 x 1050). I drop to 30FPS in crowded areas, 60+ everywhere else (note I haven't been to Shatt yet, too low lvl).
The 8600 is perfectly fine for WoW, not to mention the brand new 9600.
