Lighter Thieves (Doomhammer server, Horde guild) is looking to fill its ranks with more capable members.
We are looking for all classes at this time. Healers and Tanks are high priority at this time.
Minimum Requirements: Level 70, all gear Kara or better, has good raid experience.
Server transfers also acceptable.

When in doubt, GET A BIGGER STICK!
You might want to try posting this on your (official) realm boards, bigger chance to reach people of your server, of people who'd want to transfer to it.
I can imagine people do research before transferring, to make sure they'd find a guild on their new server.

I wanna add a question here, only because it's around the same topic of guild recruitment.
What's with guild's, like this one advertized, which only accepts those who are already geared kara or better? How is one to get geared or better, if they can't get into the guild to get geared to begin with!?
I know the answer pretty much.. they don't want to backtrack, help out otthers get geared and ready for other raids. But it just reads weird to me when I see that, as to me it says, "Hi, we are recruiting other raiders, please leave your current raid guild for ours!"
