This is an online publication from the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. It is full of stories, poems and artwork created and submitted by members. Follow this link and go to page 5 of the PDF.
The Collegiate Scholar

If I'm not mistaken, isn't that the light house in Desolace?
And I wonder if the publisher knows that it is a screen shot?

Cute. The name of the piece is Ethel Rethor - no question it's Desolace. If taking screenshots makes you a Collegiate Scholar, you could at least use better graphics settings. I guess we're lucky he bothered to hit ctrl-z.

Embarassing that he used the actual in-game location as the name of the work. The only thing I can imagine, without looking at the rest of the work, is that maybe they are accepting it as a sort of photography. It's a pretty nice view...I had a pic from beta I thought was brilliant looking of my character (a Night Elf) staring into the moon while standing thigh-deep in water along a beach.

However, it certainly doesn't seem that way. I'm ashamed to admit that he comes from the same college I do.

I sent them an e-mail last night, asking about submissions. I was gonna submit some good WoW screen shots if they allowed them. Apparently, they don't though, because I looked again today, and the screen shot is gone.
