Fraps Video Compress Software ?

Hi guys, I need some help.

I Fraps'd my guilds first run into Kara on Sunday (got Attumen first shot!) and now I want to post the vids. Problem is, they're huge. So, anyone know where I can find some good, either free or not terribly expensive, software to compress the vids into something that's not 4 gigs? They're big because I was recording Vent too.

I think you can use Windows Movie maker that comes with Windows.

Free, easy to use, great compression quality.
