it would also be nice if the tradeskill area's listed mining and herbalism (skinning trainer locations would be good too)... i know they are easier trades, but it would still be nice to be able to see where the trainers can be found, and a list on what skill level is needed to smelt the various ores, or pick certain herbs, would be handy. theres been many a time where i wasted my time running into town to train the next smelt, only to realise i was still off by a few points. even a list on what level is needed to skin the leathers would be handy for some, i'm sure. =)

There are a TON of responses here, and I honestly didn't read every one of them, so if I repeat anything, please forgive me. I love the site, and prefer it over WorldOfWar.net or Thottbot. I do have a few minor gripes, though. I still have to head to other sites to find flight maps, and skinning is missing from the profession page. Also, when you want to check on grimoires for your demon as a warlock, it would be great to have them in a link next to the spell listing under the Warlock class page. Right now the only way I found them is by searching for "grimoire", then clicking on the item, and then clicking again to see what the spell you are teachiing them actually does. But all in all this site rules!

What do you think about splitting the dungeon loot from normal and heroic like a button to decide which to look for.

A forum for discussing addons and macros, perhaps, since the topic seems to come up regularly. It seems to be the only topic that is a huge issue on most sites that this site gives minimal attention to.

I would love this so much, came here to propose exactly that.

When I call up a mob, there is a list of common drops. This list should include the vendor buyback and avg. or most common auctionhouse prices for the individual drops. I constantly find myself printing up a sheet on a mob and then penciling in that information.

I would like to see Quests organized by which faction they give you Reputation for. THis would be a great reference for people (like me) trying to get thier rep up with a particular faction.

OK, I copy and pasted but This has been a big thing for me recently trying to find info on outlands rep.

On the left hand side, there's a fairly new tab called Reputations Clicking it takes you:

http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/faction.html

From there, if you pick a faction, let's say Honor Hold, it takes you:

http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/faction.html?wfaction=946&locale=enUS

On that screen, you'll see a nice listing of the quests that give reputation with that faction.

One thing I would REALLY like to see added, that I believe is quite simple, is to allow to give weights to gem slots when doing the advanced search sorting. Like one point of stamina is worth 1 point, and one red/yellow gem slot is worth 12 points because Im gonna put a +12 stam gem there, and a blue gem slot might be worth 14 points because colors match... you get the idea.

Would be very handy when trying to figure out for example the best piece of armor for arena, where I want stam=1p spelldmg=1p. Currently the best options are often socketed stuff, but the search isnt very good at finding them (such as Shattrath Jumpers).

This might sound a bit nitpicky, but specifying on the spell list if the spell is a talent- it seems a bit weird for a warlock spell list to have Shadowfury, Summon Felguard, and Unstable Affliction all together- they are from different trees. The talent calc is also a good idea, the official website has one.

What's an Administratrix? Is it senior to an administrator? And where'd you get that Gnome animation, Illia?

Why isn't the mining skill listed on the trade skills page?

Would it be so much trouble to post what you can do at what level, just in case somebody wanted to reference it quickly?

More information about reputation/factions, and the rewards thereof. Also: mobs to kill, quests to do, etc. for given factions.

Been playing with the item search a bit, and mind you I'm pretty tired right now, however I'd like to be able to filter by class (ie: priest only, or exclude mages, or priest / no restriction) and also specific if the item has sockets, number of them, and colour.

Much <3 to this site :)

Not sure if this is possible, but whenever viewing a forum's main page, refresh every 15 seconds. I hate it when if I'm going through some threads, I don't get to see the new stuff unless I press refresh each time.

Thanks !

Oh my god, This is the best suggestion yet. The others are interesting info but here is something I would use every day. You can get this info by clicking on say The Scyers and rep quests are listed but how much better would it be listed as a chain organized by sequece that they are required to be done in. Similar to the Mapquest idea previously. I can't imagine how much time I spend going back and forth between here and Thot..$#% and paging through quests till I get it all written down. Finding the starting points and required prerequisite quests, How much rep I need to even get the quest etc...

I have a great way to have the "whats the best X" or "wheres a guide for X", and just a less cloged forum. Make a search engine for the forum. I still dont know why there isnt one. If it is only for paid customers, then people shouldnt whine for not looking through a few pages just to *maybe* find the topic theyre after
