I would like to have something like this;

"Allakhazam's Forums >>> World of Warcraft Forums >>> World of Warcraft General Discussion Forum"

At the bottom of the forum page so i don't have to scroll up on the thread to go back to the forum list.

Just a thought =D

Idk if someone has posted this yet but it would be useful for all The MMOs this site has. A Rant Board...ya kno' a place where people can rant without huge fear of being rated down. Just what i was thinking cause If you noticed on main boards rants tend to get rated down. Thanks for reading :)

There is - it's called "the O-boards".

Bad idea. A great many questions on the tradeskills forum are general tradeskills questions, like "which profession should I choose?", or "Does Jewelcrafting or Enchanting make more gold?". Those questions would move to the main board -not really something desirable.

The Classes are split into specific sections, I dont see the difficulty in doing the same for professions and adding a section called "General tradeskill issues" or something like that.

It would be nice when looking at boss mobs to be able to exclude Heroic drops. There's a radio button for "heroic only" but not the counterpart of "non-heroic".

It would be nice to not have to sift through the excess items that aren't relevant when hunting for upgrades.

Along the same lines, would it be possible to get the percent chance to drop to reflect the actual percentages based on heroic versus non-heroic?

A search to the forums would be so helpful. If I want to find something out about X-class and X-spec, I don't want to have to sift through every post in the entire class forum...it would be really helpful to have that.

Thanks!

Not sure if this has been mentioned, and it isn't a big deal, but will mention it anyway :P

You know how you can select an icon for your characters? There are none for Draenei or Blood Elf yet..in fact, the site doesn't even recognize what race they are.

Know what I would love? A better recipe layout. What I mean is that I'm a leather crafter, I have a ton of recipes and a ton of random ingredients taking up bank space. If I could come to Alla and look at the leather crafting recipe list and see not only what the recipe makes and what materials are needed but also what the finished product sells for in the AH that would really help me decide which recipes to make. It would be especially helpful if I could sort the items by value, showing me which finished item is worth the most money at the top. And if I could search JUST my profession's recipes by ingredient and get a list of recipes that use that item AND what the finished product is worth in order of worth that would be extremely helpful as well.

There are simply to many recipes/ingredients to search Alla for individual ingredients and then click a link that takes you to a recipe page and then click a link that takes you to the finished products page and then scroll down and see what the item is worth. It's inefficient and confusing.

Going to rate me down? Won't bother me a bit. but ask yourself, are you rating me down for my opinion or for the way I expressed it? Rate me down for my behavior and it says something about me. Rate me down for my opinion and it says something about you. Think about it.

The problem is that opinions differ on "the best spec" - at least for warlocks. Not only that, but specs differ for leveling, raiding, PvP servers, type of PvP (Battlegrounds, Arena, city/town raiding), etc. ...and you need to figure out how to spell calculator and to realize that the pronoun "I" is capitalized.

I went through the suggestions, didnt see this. Apologies if I'm repeating anyone's suggestion.

Please break down the Trade Skills forums by trade.
Have a forum for each skill.
Its incredibly frustrating wading through 635 fishing/herbalism/etc posts to find info on mining or skinning, for example.
The stickies are good, but new stuff tends to get buried in a day or two.

I have seen this at some other WoW sites and its a really popular forum there.
WoW Lore.

If it doesnt get much posts by the end of the first month or so you could always close it down(just ecause you dont see many lore posts in general doesnt mean people wont like to post about em!)
