I think it would be really cool if the interaction between the site and the characters you upload via WoWReader increased.
For instance, say WoWReader is modified to also upload your quest log. You can then click on the various quests in the quest log, and be brought to the quest information that is on the site.
Another possibility would be a "quest route suggester", which would suggest quests based on the level of your character and the current area that you're in. It could even suggest the optimal series of actions for your location! And if you continually and consistently update your character profile on Alla while you level, it will automatically exclude any quests you have already done.
For example; say you log your level 32 Alliance character out in Booty Bay. You ask the quest suggester what you should do next. It then browses the quest data base for nearby zones, and suggests that you:
1) Accept quests from such and such NPCs in Booty Bay. (gives links to the NPCs and quests)
2) Travel up to Nesingwary's Camp and accept the quests offered there. (gives coordinates of Nesingwary's Camp, links to the NPCs there, and links to the quests)
3) Head up to the Rebel Camp and accept those quests. (same as above)
4) Kill enemies in the Kurzen camp (gives location of the Kurzen camp and links to the enemies you have to kill)
5) Kill beasts for the Nesingwary quests (gives locations of the beasts and links to their data)
6) Turn in quests at the Rebel Camp (gives links to quests and loc. of the Rebel Camp)
7) Turn in quests at Nesingwary's Camp (gives links to quests and loc. of turn-in NPCs)
8) Kill enemies for the quests you received back at Booty Bay
...and so on. (sorta like Mapquest)
Another idea would be to give suggested grinding spots based on your character's level, faction, and professions. It would calculate the value of vendor trash, average item price on the AH, whether not the location would be easily accessible (it wouldn't suggest Deadmines for a Hordie, for instance), and whether or not your gathering professions can take advantage of the area, then display the top-valued areas for your purposes and the coordinates of the mobs you want to hunt.
In short, just more ways to improve the experience in-game while increasing site interactivity with your uploaded profiles.
