Hey, sorry, I'm sure you guys get a lot of stupid questions like these but I didn't see any kind of forum or guide for it, so I apologize in advance for cluttering your forum with this thread.

I have a laptop computer with a pentium centrino and an Intel graphics card. I had pretty much given up on computer gaming and this is pretty much my last resort before I just go back to console gaming entirely.

I don't know much about hardware except that Intel graphics cards are notoriously bad. I was wondering if you guys could name a card that would run WoW well enough that it would be fun, without me having to spend over 300 dollars on it. (I was looking at ATI, I've heard good things about them, but was wondering if you guys had any more experience that might help me out.)

The pentium chip is another concern. I don't remember the exact specs on it, but I'm thinkin it's something lie 1.6 or 1.7 MHz, I don't know if the fact that it's centrino makes up for that or what...I'm pretty much illiterate when it comes to hardware. I haven't looked into upgrading this, if I need to change both I'll probably just buy a new computer....

Again, I'm really sorry for the invasion of your space, but any feedback you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Itoif

The most recent ATI is actually pretty decent, or so I heard. You could try finding an Nvidia card for under 300, I use a 3600 pro that came with my pc and it works great.
