And I heard from friends Horde was so much mature, I wish they would have told me about the barrens though.

i started out on alliance because my friends played on it and wanted me to join..
so i started a lvl 18 ne hunter and i got REALLY sick of alliance noobs pestering me/taking my kills/ socialness in general because their all like 11 year old noobs. so durin christmas break i started a Horde. Phosphorous my hunter and i love him to death. lvl 52 and still goin strong! and so alot of my friends switched over to my side. one of 'em insists that we should all make paladins together... and i just said 'dude NO' /no /rude
so began my life as a hordie.

I like to play the unsung hero/underdog side. C'mon, outnumbered on just about every server, uglier, fewer model customization options, crappier cities, pve is a touch harder, more than likely running into an enemy than a friend when you're in contested, yadda yadda.
Alliance already is getting enough love. Plus, not too many girls play Horde, particularly on the pvp servers. I figured I'd step up to the plate.

Well i started horde cos my friend had. One other reason is that in Warcraft 3 i loved UD. Now here, in WOW, i couldnt realy stand with and allie char. Although, allies are Gays. I **** em for easy.

i knew for a fact all the noobs would be on the allience, and so the horde would be outnumbered etc..
and all the little kiddies would be there too diliberately anoying everyone because they can!
and logicaly if that was accurate all the mature players would migrate away from the allience in search of maturity and non-childlike instincts such as joining the allience becaus ethey are the good guys
and i have noticed all the mature and expirienced and there is certainly alot more kind people on the horde
i played allience for about 2 days and got sick of it, mainly because i didnt like my class, but some high levels stand ontop of a copper ore whiel i fight off a mob, and nearly die doing it, then when i kill thme all the guy (having just stood there doing nothing) mines the rock before i can get there
similar situations have happened to me all the time on allience so when i set up a horde and realised people would be diplomatic firstly by helping me fight the mob and secondly by splitting the ores with me and more similar situations solved by the kindness and maturity of the horde
i find allience incredibly hard to play because of the other people that play
besides i like the idea of fighting and winning a losing battle for the horde so on my server we are outnumbered jsut over 2:1 but it simply makes victory all the more sweet and makes up for the fact that i jsut beat a load of noobs

Well when I heard that you could choose Tauren on this game, I jumped at the oppurtunity to go horde, loved Tauren in W3 and still lovin em MOOOOOO!!!!
it wasn't until later that i found out about the lil 14 yr olds that play as allies coz they wanna be heroes etc, and it makes so much sense once you've come across a few. Hmmmm....lemme see.... Ah yes, why i joined the Horde. when i first bought the game, i created a human mage(because mages are a challenge, and are fun)..i quickly erased the file and erased the memories from my mind for one reason: well, a few actually....one, most ppl on Alliance are at least within the age range of 2-10 years old, and it kinda sucks not to be able to talk to someone your age, two, they are immature and cant be reasoned with. its like talking to a retarded monkey who looks like Steven Hawkings.Three, my friends asked me to, but their guild sucked, everyone left, and no one would help. so, i created an orc hunter and Undead mage alt. three words. IT, KICKED.***. the horde faction in particular is more mature than the alliance itself. the caracters are interesting, look awesome, and look like they could kill 45,000 Alliance with just a cotton swab and a carrot. I also have always been Evil, and i always will. and now, i can hae the satisfactoin of hunting down my so-called friends, one....by....one...and ELIMINATE THEM FROM THE SYSTEM. MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!

My very first encounter with wow, I rolled a night elf. Within 5 minutes of gameplay another night elf came over to me and announced," I like you, I'm going to follow you." He then took off all his clothes,then placed himself on auto follow. He did nothing but follow and aggro the occaisonal mob. I finally lost him when I stood stratigically next to a pool of water and drowned him. When he came back from AFK, he complained about me in general. It was weird, and aside from being annoyed, I made the switch to horde and never looked back...untill recently.

That's crazy! LOL. If that happened to me I would have changed too. I chose horde for the trolls. For a smaller side note, I don't like the music for Stormwind and Ironforge. It gets on my nerves. Darnassas is better, but I love how awesome the drums of Orgrimmar sound when flying in and how adequatly creepy Undercity's theme is.

i know Horde isnt evil.....but it's the closest thing i could find to "evil" in this game.....not many games where you can be the bad-*** out there...and who wants to bea self-righteous idiot, anyways?

I started ally, and I just couldn't win any game of WSG. Not to mention the snobby people on my server, so I decided to try Horde....completely different. We now win almost every game in WSG and people are much more helpful and kind...FOR THE HORDE!

i chose horde cuz its always fun to be the bad guy... let it all out in the game u no?
1. if you like bad guys, then i recommend "City of Villans"
2. Horde is not evil, i think Ally is more evil, because we are hating the horde just beacuz they are ugly (they are not)
3. Alliance isn't Ms. Perfects, we just look nicer, because the horde looks tougher and meaner, attracting older players.

I choose the Horde b/c i played Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne. My fav race in this was Orc just casue they were big and tuff and cool. So i started to play this and my first char? Orc warrior, 2nd Tuaren Shaman, 3rd Troll hunter, and then to finish it off UNdead mage. I never thought about playing allience as they dont look cool and they are a bunch of pansies. Plus everyone on horde is so funny and interesting when you talk to them yet my friend on allince says they are boring and only talk about how over powered shamans are, and how much better they are then horde.
Also SUCKED IN TO THEM. I MEAN WISPS? cumon permant death and you may look cool, but what do they do? what can a little ball of magic do or waer armour. They ahve a skill to kill themsleves. THink about it. I speant 1 yr getting a lvl 60 wisp and now i blew myslef up!
Also how do u get a avatar on here?

I have played both factions quite a bit. But mostly alliance.
Maturity and silly kids is a wash. I have found there to be as many immature brats on one side as the other over several servers.
What I like about the horde is that in my experience overall they tend to be a bit more skilled in pvp in particular after level 40. So from a pvp perspective I prefer the Horde.
In pve I like the alliance just like the starting zones more. Usually more alliance so it tends to be a little easier to find groups.
It's a game so I put no stock in Warcraft game lore or good vs evil. When I roll a new character I flip through them all and whatever strikes me at the moment of either faction is what I play.

my definition of horde characters:
Orcs= give em a hanzo sword, a white linen robe, and you might as well call him Samurai Jack.
Trolls= Hunchbacks who will pull you inside out by your cornhole and ram a spear through your head if you turn your backs on em.
Tauren= Giants intelligent cows with that "Dont **** with me, buddy" look.
Undead= Humans who became Zombies capable of thought (and what twisted thoughts they have) that dont give a rats *** about anyother race; just joined horde out of convienience

HORDE ALL THE WAY!!!!!
I started off as an dwarf warrior thinking it was the coolest looking alliance character. Then every alliance person except 1 was a complete idiot that i had met.They all were brats and they were all acting like little kids no matter what lvl they were. Now i dont like people saying that they where acting like 15 years old and younger cause i am 14 years old but yea they do act like kids(more like 10 years old though). I join the Horde and everyone else is alot nicer the characters look cooler. I chose the Tauren cause they were my favorite from warcraftIII cause they had there huge trees and beat the heck outta the alliance. They kick butt and right now i am a shaman and love kicking the alliances butts in warsong.
