Moving Toons to a diff realm..

Is there any way to move a toon from one Realm to another? Because I have a hunter 19 and a pally 19 on two diff servers and I want to bringem over with my Warrior and my Warlock

That is not totally true actually. There have been character transfers for certain realms in the past. These were for special realms only, mainly highly populated servers to lesser, pretty much empty compared to the other, ones.

Getting the realms you are looking for would be rare, if they even do more transfers. It is also a one way thing, Realm A --> Realm B, not a Realm A <--> Realm B type thing.
