Instance Items??Follow

Okay so maybe I'm a noob or maybe I just don't read the right forums. Anyway this is my story.

I'm a Quester I love to get ALL the quests, so before I ran WC for the first time, I made sure I had all quests involving WC in my log. It wasn't until my second time (trying to get the rest of the quests b/c the first party kinda fell apart) that one party member said something to the effect of "I've already got my staff from here but I want one the unique bags" then she linked the Cresent Staff. I never thought anything of it until I got my own Cresent Staff then it clicked that maybe ppl frequently run instances for rare drops. Alright I'm not really so niave to have not know that, but I never fully understood it until then.

So my big question is: Is there a list of "The Most Wanted Items" from instances? maybe in a table with ability to sort by lvl/class/weapon armor type/instance and such.

I mean I could look up the mobs individually and open each item to find one I like, but that would be tedious and boring, and would probably drive me insane.
