Comments disabled due to load ...Follow

Just curious why I'm seeing that on pretty much every page I try to access? most times, the bulk of the information about a quest/item/mob/etc can be found in the comments left by other people!
When is this expected to go back to normal? Not going to keep paying for this if it's not providing me full usage ...
