I have a problem. I fell off of a walk way in Old Iron forge and im in the lava and I cant get out! Is there a way I can climb out or is there a tunnel?

you have to wait until the lava kills you and then ressurrect at the Spirit Healer if I'm not mistaken. Unless you mean you fell in the canyon that runs down the center between the bank and the AH. In that case there is a ramp at either end.
