Kendahr the Outfitter and Similar Mobs?Follow

I only managed to find Kendahr the Outfitter in Darklight Wood (Wanderlust Fair area) by accidentally wondering across a particular post on EQ2's discussion boards http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=519798. No where else even seems to mention this mob, nor the amazing appearance armor he carries. The earliest post on that thread reads the first of this month, so Kendahr's been there for at least a little over two weeks.

More importantly though, I was wondering if anybody knew of any similar mobs (ones that sell appearance armor based on city/alignment), and, more accurately, the location of such. Kendahr is flagged as being specifically for Neriak. Are there different versions of this character out there for all the major cities?

The crazy part about this NPC is that he can apparently only be seen by certain players. I had a friend of mine follow me to the NPC to show them what he sold, but my friend couldn't see Kendahr. Now granted that said friend was both of the opposite alignment and very low level, so I can't tell if he's only visible to evil-aligned/Neriak residents or higher-level people.

It's been quite a while but I finally figured it out. Kendahr is not based on alignment but rather on what quests you have done in Darklight. I just took my Swashbuckler out there who had done Gaussnitra's quests but not Vornlin's and she couldn't see him. As soon as I finished Vornlin's, he became visible to her.
