I am having a problem with Betraying to kelethin.. (want to go from Inqui to Templar)

I moved through the first part of Betrayal just fine. but when it came to becoming a member of kelethin the queen sent me to my trainer and it didn't work. I answered all the questions he asked and heard a ding so then went back to queen and became a member of kelethin but I remained an Inqui.. and had to sit there for a good 25 minutes as all of my spells reset.. when I called sony they said " Unfortunately, we are not going to be able to correct that since we don't have any way to prove which class you selected from within our logs and customer service has a policy against manually changing classes." sheesh not like I'm trying to become an assassin from an Inqui. I mean what class could an inqui go to other then Templar?

I need some help with the process.. I'm going to start the betray series again could someone who understands the procrss please help me so I don't waist my time again??? thanks so much for helping

Have you tried looking through this?

I've only betrayed once, a long time ago, so I'm probably not the best person to talk about it, but you might find where you got stuck with the guides on that page.

I could be mistaken, but I think you stayed an Inquisitor because Inqui's are neutral now. You only get to change classes with good/evil classes.

You're mistaken. My husband betrayed Neriak on his Guardian and worked back to rejoining Neriak just to become a Berserker.

To the OP... not sure what in the world happened there, if you talked to the Templar trainer it should've made you a Templar. =\ I would suggest bug reporting it, though that unfortunately won't help you with changing your class, but hopefully will fix the issue of it occurring again in the future.

As painful as this might sound, perhaps try betraying again and work up faction with Qeynos instead, and maybe it'll work there? I really am not certain, you might want to ask around others who might have done it more recently on your server before investing all that time again.
