im stuck at 7.1 percent finished athe the final stage and hasnt moved in about 15 min is that normal or is there something i did wrong

i bought the game and tryed to install that way and got stuck no i found where u download it on the internet is that the only way to get it going

Some files are really big and can take a very long time to download, even on faster connections.
