Ever since the switch-over to free to play, none of my characters are showing up. And when I create a new character, the only server that is available is Splitpaw. I tried to repair the install on EQ2 setup but it didn't do anything.

One of my friends logged on my account and he can see my characters but I can't.
I really have no idea what can cause that except possibly missing assets. Try running a full scan (I think it's labeled as "validate game assets" on the launchpad) and hopefully that will help. Otherwise I'd suggest asking over on the official tech support forums: http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/forums/list.m?category_id=45
Since you only see Splitpaw, I'm guessing you may have the region set to EU ...when you run the launcher, look in the top Left corner, and see what version you are, and change it to US perhaps?
