coming back to EQ2... is there anyway to DL game w/o a sub?Follow

i want to come back to EQ2 (live server, never played on the EQ2X one). i no longer have the game installed on my PC. is there a way to DL the entire game WITHOUT being subbed? i remember last time i tried, the launcher wouldnt allow me to DL the game if i wasnt currently subbed. i heard there was some new launcher, but i cannot find it. i would like to get the game DLed before i start my sub.
