They added TONS of items with this update. I've personally discovered about 30+ over the last couple of days. It's been crazy!
Anyone can start a new item page, all you'd have to do is go to a url for it (regardless of whether or not it exists).
So in this case it'd be http://eq2.zam.com/wiki/EQ2_Item:Battered_Focus_Staff

Usually for items, especially when there's a ton of them, we wait until we get the data from SOE for most of them. However, you're welcome to add in any that you find... or if you'd like me to, I could, but I'd rather give you a shot at trying it out first.
