But I am stuck on the bloody Baubbleshire citizen task!!! I'm supposed to go the Caves to get some tokens - but WHERE ON EARTH are these caves? I've walked around the entire zone for 2 hours now, looking for 'em.

Go to the teleportation bells, at the end of the docks near the ocean. There is one that says travel within qeynos and one that says travel outside qeynos. Click the second, and select "The Caves"

Edited out all the random retired toon crap. I've been playing MMO's since Kunark.
I'm not positive, but from the Baubleshire, you should also be able to get your tokens in Forest Ruin. This is the "newbie garden" that butts up against both the Shire and Willow Wood.

If you have to go to the caves, ring the bell on the dock for travel outside of Qeynos.

You have to get your tokens where you are told to get them. Where you're sent probably depends on your class.
