You'll find some on the City Merchant, not sure if they're sold anywhere else. Also player made.

I know there is another guy who sells them, but I forget the name or even wear. I remember he was a gnome and I think his shop had a canvas or something artsy on the map.

By the way, is there any purpose besides decorative for an easel/canvas in your Inn Room? I have one that was given to me and it's just sitting in my corner looking lonely. If I'm somehow able to use this to make paintings, that would be sweet!

I put one of the uglier paintings on my easel to look like it was a work in progress. Also the Freeport Shop DOES NOT sell paintings. You have to buy them off city merchants or sneak into Qeynos and buy them from their furniture store.
