Can anyone please tell me how to make basil from raw basil? I have no recipe to do it at Level 9. It would be a big help if anyone knows. Thanks so much.

I'm level 12 Craftsman and haven't found it yet either. I was told tonight by a level 23 that there is no way to make Basil from Raw Basil. This is apparently an oversight by Sony. However, this may be bogus too. I've reported it to Sony as a bug.
It should be basil, water and coal but there's no recipe. I think they just missed it.

Basil is incomplete! there is no way of refining it. It was forgotten when they came off beta.

I always destroy any basil I get and buy the real stuff from the wholesaler. Kinda sucks, since I always end up harvesting so much of the stuff
