Tradeskill quests time sensitive?Follow

Once I hit level 10 and changed to Outfitter, I went and got my first workshop quest. I finished in about 30 minutes (make 10 App3 Call to Arms), went back and got my 46sp. My next quest, make 10 shaped Rawhide Sheaths, took me about 4 days. When I went to get my reward, I got a sweet 9sp.

I have to say, it cost me about 9sp to make the sheaths, and a good 3 hours to craft everything. 9sp for a quest that was about twice as hard as the first one? These things have to be time sensitive.

(Same goes for a wholesaler quest I did. First gave about 10sp, the second, which took me 4 days to do, gave me 2sp >_>)
