As we are updating the site and setting our priorities, I figured I would post this and ask you to let us know what information you want to have first. What is the thing that while playing you have most often said "I wish I could go look that up somewhere"? We welcome your thoughts.

I'm thinking guides and quests, not necessarily in that order.
Keep in mind, I haven't received my game yet. ~_~

I'd have to second both. Quests first and foremost.

Figuring out Macros was the big thing that drove me nuts and how to link an item into the chat window. If there is anyway in existance to make more then a one line macro that would be nice. Also a guide on all the in game commands would be nice. like /assist, /con, etc..

Quests.

Maybe even just a basic list of who starts what quest. Since the Quest Journal is usually quite complete, I think it should be a priority to get the people who start quests up before the specific quest info.

I'd like to see guides for individual classes, detailing levels of new abilities, about the abilities, how to use them, etc.

Yes, the quest menu is rather complete so far, so starting NPC locations and item drops/mobs involved would rank high on my list, rather than steps to completion.

Maps as well would be nice to have.

Guides: and i mean ( i know its hard to get that info right now )real guides, not juts a list of some ability but something more ion the line of how to play the class different strategies used to level it in qeynos and freeport.

Basically just have the class forums up so people that play these can come check update and share info on a particular class.

Basic Tradeskill information would be very nice.

That and more details about the skill progressions I suppose. Smiley: grin

I've always found the best guides to be player submitted. We welcome any guide submissions you might have. Something like macro help would be a guide. So please those of you who know the game will, write something up and e-mail it to me.

1. Quests (and allow quests to be searched by type - ie Hallmark/Heritage/Mastery (now Lore?)/Access/Catalog/Collection/Zone)

2. Add other important information to equipment - Armor type VL/L/M/H, Weapon Type. Add filter to search to limit to one of these.

Hi all, first post.
I'd be most interested in maps, and guides for things like macros, a list of user commands etc.

NPC Location.. Nothing more annoying than doing a quest and not knowing where the heck the next npc to talk to is.

1> Character information - more than base stats, what are the resists, and race specific options you get in the future, as well as vision and the like, also starting location

2> Quests - I think thats been listed well enough

3> Maps - Locations of NPC merchants, brokers, Tradeskill societies

4> Beastiary - Weaknesses (not sure if thats possible), zones of residence

For me, the most important thing would have to be Race specific information. What traits do they each receive and how do they advance?

I know which classes I would like to play regardless of skills and spells, I want to know which class will be better for each one.

I was reading that Iksar receive regen, armor, or magic regen abbilities. Is his for all races? Do all races get to pick from the same pool of skills and traits or is it specific to the class? If its class specific and the race does not matter at all, then this information would not be needed.

But if not, I wouldn't like to start off as a Troll and try to be a Cleric and find that all their traits are melee related or for personal gain when I would prefer to be an Ultra super healer.

Alla has always done well on quests. I would like to see more on recipes, and more info on the new stuff, such as how to use skills and how do we level them quicker (so we can use the nicer loot).

Guild information. Most importantly right now, we are trying to find the quests for status, and some common sense type things that don't seem to be common sense.
