Change of primary email on the accountFollow

When I try to login I get
"Based upon recent suspicious activity, we have identified that your account may potentially be at risk. For your protection, we have temporarily suspended login access to this account.
Instructions for lifting this restriction have been sent to the email address registered to your Square Enix Account.
For more information about the login restriction, please refer to the following page:
http://support.na.square-enix.com/j/lbna"

This was on the first day of using the account after 4 years of inactivity.

Now, I don't have access to that email account so none of the suggestions at that page are valid. So I put in multiple support tickets, I think 4 now which all have this same response when they close the ticket. In the second and third one I tried explaining none of this works because the email on file hasn't been valid for 4 years, and in fact no one even owns the domain. I don't know how else to explain it, and chat/calling went nowhere either. It just keeps going in circles. I've thought to repurchase the domain but that seems more than a little silly as I really don't need it otherwise. Any ideas?

"Thank you for contacting the SQUARE ENIX Support Center.

This email has been sent to notify you that your ticket was received and will be responded to within 2 business days (48 hours) of receipt.

I forgot to add I even offered the original keys associated with the account because I still have the disc and registration codes from 1.0. Why or how it didn't end up in the trash after this long I don't actually know, but the fact is I have them lol. Most people that even attempted to stick around after just started a character during the ARR transition are showered with special mounts and items, all kinds of stuff right? I'm constantly getting showered in mog urine, and I really don't even understand why.

Not entirely sure, but this sounds like that nifty anti-hack thing they had in place. I've been playing from the same spots so often i dont get bugged by it anymore.

If you logged in on a diffirent PC (or IP) for the first time only, it would block access till you allowed it to proceed by clicking the link in the mail they send you. After that, anything goes from that place.

It's not a big deal. It's actually something i love. No one can just login to my account from anywhere else and take my stuff, but i hear truckers and people who travel a lot get bugged by this often. You can circumvent this by adding that keychain thing to your account, it wont ask you for confirmation anymore.

Either way, the fix is: Log into your email, click the link.

If you can remember your login details try changing the e-mail address this way - http://support.na.square-enix.com/faqarticle.php?kid=65750&id=496

Hopefully this helps.
